This location is one of the most horrible and unprofessional locations i have ever encountered. I have been with wells fargo for more than 15 years and this location has made me think about switching banks. The bankers here are so rude and very unprofessional. You cannot ask even a single question because they get mad and give you a horrible attitude. There is never enough windows open and you have to expect to wait at the least an hour just to see someone. On top of all this, this location NEVER has money or quarters!!! How is that possible?? How does a bank not have money???! Just horrible horrible all around. Please save yourself the trouble DO NOT come to this branch!

You need to do something about your location 250 N 2nd Street El Cajon CA 92019. There is absolutely no reason you customers should be waiting an hour in store. It is is poor management. Clearly you need to hire additional staff to accommodate the volume of customers. Or do you feel they are 2nd or 3rd rate because that is the level of customer service provided. There is always 15-30 people in line. This isn't a fluke it's a pattern. I know this because Im required to make daily business deposits.What possible excuse do you have to understand staff this location. It's immoral and dangerous. Customers have to leave because they run out of time and probably using their lunch break. Shame on you. As if you need any more Reasons for people to seek alternative financial institutions.

This conglomerate can't staff they bank-ever!! This branch is always with a line out the door and two tellers!!! Don't tell me you can't staff tbis branch. We all deserve more for our business. Watched 20 people open the door and say nope, yes I've been in line for 45 mins, with nothing better to do.putting is all at risk confined together for COVID!!!!

Waited 45 min to make a deposit one teller to serve 22 people in line, I was told the other tellers were on a break, I left and came back 1 hr later, still 1 teller this time I was told the other tellers were out for lunch. Rasha is another story, very rude, unprofessional. I'm changing banks.

RASHA DAOVD .. If I could give this bank zero stars I would... Normally I go to a different location, and I told myself not to go to this one... But last minute I decided to get off the exit and go to this location that is on second St. Worst mistake. The branch manager, which by the way... She's a new branch manager, so new that she doesn't even have her own cards yet. She has to cross off the name of the old branch manager and then fill in hers. Super ghetto and unprofessional but OK... I was in a severe head on collision, due to low potassium. I passed out at the wheel and hit a freeway barricade. In the hospital, I was in trauma ICU for over a week and a half. I explained everything that I have been going through... On top of my purse being stolen with all of my belongings inside of it, including my cards, credit card, ID, car keys, house keys etc everything I have to replace. $100 fills up my gas tank... I understand that because I don't have an ID, I can't take out more. However, I asked to speak to a manager, because I wanted them to ask me security questions. So that I could bypass, and they can give me more money. Until my card arrives from the DMV. Please keep in mind, the DMV takes forever to mail you your ID. I live all the way in Alpine, so every single day I have to drive down to the bank which is ridiculous. I explained everything I've been going through, and she was extremely rude. I knew that she was going to be the one that was going to deny me. The teller was an absolute sweetheart! She was so sympathetic, and compassionate I wish I got her name so that I can include it in here. This branch manager... She was giving me dirty looks while I was waiting in line the entire time. I don't know this lady... I have no idea why she's looking at me and staring at me. But I had a feeling... Watch this be the manager. Watch her decline me for no reason, and not want to help me... Sure enough after I explained everything to the teller. She was such a sweetheart, she was apologizing to me over and over for what I'm going through. I told her more detail than what is in here. She knows that I have to undergo a lot of Nuro testing because of my memory loss due to accident. This branch manager is completely rude! I have never in my life dealt with somebody so passive aggressive and sarcastic to my situation. I was in the verge of my eyes getting watery, but I held it together. I'm literally going through so much, she was the worst person that I could've spoke to you during this time. I told her that I wanted to speak to a manager, and she looked at me with a snotty attitude... And said I am the manager. So I asked, who is your manager? And she said the CEO of Wells Fargo. Unbelievable. She needs training... And she does not need to be in position. Even after she left, I told the teller, thank you for being so sweet to me. I asked her, what was the point of her asking me so many security questions... Only for her to decline me? And she even said... She has no idea why.

The worst bank ever in this location the manager is so rude to people she has bad attitude with almost every customer her name is Rasha. I had an argument with one of the teller's and I wanted to to compline so I asked about the manager they called the manager for me while I was explaining to her what happened between me and the teller her response to me.... was if you want to complain about her we're not going to have a business with you anymore I got shocked I was like what.... That time I had to make an action I had to call wells company and tell them how rude they were. I hate going to that brunch anyway but it was kind of emergency

This bank needs to stop giving people old money it always looks fake and no body takes them they won't even take them back at the end of the day I'm out of 20 bucks

The worst branch ever!!!!! Always so busy never they never have enough tellers. I rather make a drive to a different branch! If you can avoid it please save your self the time!
