I visited the wireless dept today in search of a new Verizon phone. I worked with Lance and I want to give him MAJOR kudos! He didn't try to oversell me, he looked for the best fit for my needs and went FAR AND ABOVE my expectations. He assisted in complete setup and aided in transferring my data. I have seen him at work on many other occasions and he is always soooo personable and outgoing with everyone! He can multitask like a beast. PLEASE...Give him a high five and a raise!

I know Walmart maybe does not get a lot of 5-star reviews, but I had to leave one today. On Black Friday, I ordered a 65-inch TV for $228, and what is so amazing was they delivered in 2 days for FREE.

Walmart is the best! I love shopping on their app and getting everything delivered to my house and my sons place in Illinois ! They just make everything so easy for my family. Great pricing & selection.

Let's get this started. Have you ever wanted to grab a few things last minute from the store and be HARASSED? If that's what you're looking for, you're going to the right store! The employees are RUDE and will haphazardly run you over to be the first one to the shelf while they're filling orders coming in online. One of the kids who work there, and I'm going to say kid because of the nonchalant attitude, baby face, and total disregard for his surroundings, seriously stared at me until I backed up and went around the display in the middle of the isle because he just couldn't comprehend backing up himself. Yes, I can see how you probably think I'm entitled and demand to be catered to, but alas, I'm probably the most low maintenance person you'll meet. I just find it utterly ridiculous how this store allows their employees to be so unaware of their surroundings, let alone almost running their CUSTOMERS over with pallet movers and the stupid blue "online order" carts and towers. Final straw: Receipt policing the exit. This isn't COSTCO. I didn't ask you to check my receipt, and I sure as shit don't appreciate being treated like a thief unless I hand over a receipt for you to color on. For starters, y'all aren't even checking the items purchased. The tool running the exit snatched my receipt, which I wasn't going to give him anyway, so that's an issue, poked a marker to it, didn't look at the actual items purchased, smirked and have it back to me and then moved out of my way so I could exit. I bought freaking cheese sticks and turkey. It wasn't even bagged. And the receipt was on top of the items I was holding. At this point it's just harassment. Won't be back

Most of the time, I use self-service because I only have a few things. That said, customer service is still everything.All the stars go to the cashier who helped me to check out. I'm not a dunce, and I know how to work these machines. This time, none of the buttons I pressed on the screen responded to my touch. It wasn't until the cashier stepped in, punched those very same buttons, and cashed me out. It was her very hard touch that worked. Why, Walmart? This was my first experience at this location. I was surprised to see so many options for pizza and cold take-out food! I'll probably bring my husband the next time I come, but I won't use self-service even if I have one item.

Overall your average walmart experience so not that great but at the electronics section there was a very nice man that helped us named Patrick. Thank you Patrick!

We have a 95 yr old mother we take care of and have to have deliveries to the house. Usually we don't have problems BUT needed groceries and ordered early in Am. Was suppose to get by noon at 4 pm still nothing, 2 calls to customer service and this Walmart doesn't even answer their phones! Manager at this store is horrible, service terrible, shelves not stocked-- Walmart needs to go in and revise, renew, and fire a lot of people! The Walmart super center is amazing. They are also very friendly. We came here for car service materials like oil and a oil filter. They always seem to have what we need. The ambience is great. The place is always upbeat and clean. They must have great management.

They changed my delivery order to pick up. Without my knowledge. I went to their costumer service on the app. They couldn't put it back to delivery....saying it was ready for pick up. I specifically chose delivery the night before. They were not helpful. Now I'm waiting for my refund to my cal fresh card. So be careful when getting delivery from this location or even on the app.

Unless they give me a blue vest and let me use the employee lounge they need to have more cashiers. By the time I got to checkout I am worried my frozen goods maybe thawed out. No such thing as "3's a crowd" here. #2 company in the US, do better Walmart.

I said I was boycotting this location before, but definitely doing it. A lot of the employees are rude, especially the stockers who don't move and don't care that they're blocking multiple aisles. Not worth it anymore. I live outside San Diego now and the people are soo much nicer. Glad I'm just a visitor these days,

Never buy 2% milk here. Goes sour days before the "Best By" date. 6 out of 6 here. 4 out of 4 from El Centro. Smart & Final milk lasts days after the "Best By" date. Lot's of empty shelves at both locations. Most their own "Great Value" label, forcing shoppers to buy name brands. Wonder if that is intentional?
