I had my son and dog with me, and was basically wrestling the two just to fill out paper work- not only did she clean up after my dog had a nervous p**** she offered to hold my son while the pup got her shots. I cannot describe you how bad her breath was prior to this. This procedure was four days ago and she is now back to herself - being a silly goofy little girl. And her breath is wonderful!”

Aside from the first come, first serve way they do things the location is still fairly fast compared to urgent care or ER visits, though would do go to ER if it was life threatening. They are very friendly and the staff and vets are good people. I've been bringing my dogs and pups for several years now and haven't had any problems. Even when news is bad news, they speak with you and really show sympathy and compassion towards you. It really helped when we had to put our dog down due to health complications.”

“I've been coming to this vet a little over 2 years, I called today at 8:30 am about my dog limping and her paw swolllen and they got me in at 9:45, to check her out right away. I was helped by David at the front and he was so sweet, walked me through everything, and set up the 2 week check up since my dog is receiving a anti-inflammatory medication.When I had a question about a certain medication compared to one, I already have my other dog he called the doctor in the back to make sure I didn't spend if not need be.I haven't had a problem with this place, super friendly, and the staff is super friendly with my dogs :) One of the staff even carried her back ! So nice !10/10”

“Our whippet puppy was vomiting this morning; it was his first time dealing with it so we wanted to ensure it was nothing to worry about. Our regular vet was booked for two-weeks and recommended ECVVH since they were walk-in only. I checked their website to see what was up and saw we were within the walk-in time frame. I was ready and prepared for a long wait given "check-in" only. Check-in from the car was easy; called, provided information, and then waited for the call for us to go inside. I really liked this process as it keeps the time one is with other pets and people who are stressed in a waiting room to a minimum. We sat in car with AC on for about 15-20 minutes. Inside one is assigned a space, which again I liked. Wait once inside was again maybe 15-20 minutes. My wait time at my regular vet is typically 30-45 minutes with an appt. I was ready for a much longer wait here but got out very quickly. Cost was very reasonable. Process was smooth, communication with vet and staff was great. I would recommend.”
