I waited my turn quietly, with several people ahead of me. When it came to be my turn, I was shuffled from one employee to the next. The second employee would give directions and then walk away to help someone else. Further, neither employee seemed to entirely know what they were doing. After being there for an hour and a half, I ended up walking out without the help I went in for.

Had an amazing experience with a very knowledgeable and friendly customer service representatives. Calvin and Eddie did an excellent job with listening to my needs and getting me the best deals possible. It has made me even more happy about my service with Verizon. Could not have had a better experience and really appreciate the service. They lowered my bill and got me amazing extras. Thank you to these great guys with customer service at their top priority

The associate Alex or Alec was very welcoming and very knowledgeable on the product, and offered the best recommendations as far as phone protection and plans

If i could give 0 stars i would. Came in an hour before closing and Alissa the rep said she couldn't help me because they're closing in an hour... She reeked of alcohol and didn't want to work at all. If i ever have to go to verizon ill be chosing the one in santee. I'll never be back...

Ahmad was very helpful when it came to troubleshooting my phone problems. Very knowledgeable and made my time inside the store go by smoothly . You have gained a customer for sure! I'm glad l'm back.

Don’t waste your time or effort with Victra, spoke to an call associate to do an upgrade was told a device was available, spoke to the person in store device is available. get in to the store all of a sudden it’s not (7 minutes later) the 1 phone they had in stock was being held by the manager for a friend of his.

This verizon shop is the worst. They never help customers. I went in today and they told me if i am not buying or adding to my plan, i cannot get help from them. They get paid Commission for only adding lines and selling phones. Horrible service!! Never going here again!!

Gater was so helpful. I’ve never had such a fast and easy phone buying experience. And I actually didn’t even want a new phone; I came in to replace my smart watch. Gater told me about some promotions and some phones and watches that would be suited to my needs. He also was able to convince my husband to update our phone plan for the first time in like ten years. He was extremely knowledgeable about products and plans, very quick, very professional, and will be selling us an additional phone and watch as soon as it comes out in about two weeks. The other associate that was in the store did not greet me when I entered and was not so personable so I’m very glad Gater helped me and Verizon should be glad too bc he sold us a bunch of stuff we didn’t even know we wanted until he told us! Thank you Gater!!

I don't go to Verizon anymore but needed a charger so I stopped in. I was a Verizon customer for over 30 years. I had to leave about 8 years ago because of customer service. When I left, they reported that I didn't pay my lady bill. I sent them proof and they said okay then sent it to collections. So service was good today from this kid Alex. But Verizon is not!

I accidentally cracked the screen on my phone and they were very professional about it. Unlike T-Mobile and Metro by PCS, they were very caring and they provided me a quick and prompt and professional service on the spot on a Saturday unheard of with T-Mobile and Metro by PCS. That's why Verizon is a leader and not a follower

Been a loyal Verizon customer for a long time. Always have had great customer service. That is no longer the case. I spoke with Verizon employees at a local store and they walked me through getting an upgraded iPhone. I turned in my iPhone, worth over $600 used according to them, and the remaining balance would be just over $200 for a promo deal. I paid the remaining off in deposits. I recently changed my plan with Verizon due to the bill being very high. The online support said I was good to go and that my new plan would only be $50. Perfect! I was charged the $50 the following month and all was well...until recently they changed my bill to now over $80 stating that I have paid off the new device!!! That is NOT what the store said originally. Now I'm being forced to pay off the phone when the phone was paid off with the value of the trade in and the deposits. Customer service basically says "oh well". I will never do business with Verizon again. Officially changing to T-Mobile and I recommend EVERYONE to never use Verizon as they will lie to you to choose a deal that doesn't exist and then steal your money. EDIT: After chatting with yet another agent, they finally came up with a resolution to bring back promo credits that I was owed. I would give 5 stars but due to the week long headache this caused, and the fact that this resolution could have been made earlier, I can only give 4 stars.

I don't like filling out surveys, but honestly this was my best experience with Verizon. The person that helped me, his name is Alex. But I'll recommend to talk to anyone in Verizon in El Cajon CA parkway mall.they all seem to care about doing a great job.
