First and foremost, I would like to say thank you to the guys at Johns Automotive Care in El Cajon. I no longer live in San Diego, but my kids live in San Diego with their mother. My son called me up and said that he’s had a problem with his vehicle. I told him to call Johns Automotive Care, he did and Brian and the crew and El Cajon took care of him and gave him a great deal on getting his car fixed. If anybody out there is looking for a place to get a fair price in accurate repairs give them a call in El Cajon Johns Automotive Care. Once again, thank you, Brian and Johns Automotive Care of El Cajon.

This is a copy of what I had already sent to Bryan in response to his earlier text.
Good job by your crew. Technician Chris most helpful with descriptions of work he performed. Was important to me. Justin also clearly described my van's mechanical malfunctions and proposed fixes and repairs. Great shop. Only wish there were a flatter approach and higher lift for the height of my rig. Glad Technician Chris was aware of the obstacles at the undercarriage of my coach. Very good diagnostics and repairs of EVAP system, front brakes and shocks. Whew.

John's Automotive Care replaced my AC in my Kia. I was able to get an appointment quickly. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the time they had my car. They explained what needed to be done and why. I will not hesitate to return to John's Automotive Care in Santee the next time I am in need of their services.

John’s Automotive Care is AMAZING!! I recommend this company to anyone. Justin was my contact. He kept me informed through the entire service process. The staff was so competent. I had a difficult electrical problem and these guys were on it. Best of all. The bill was so reasonable. Thank you John’s Automotive Care of El Cajon!

These guys are truly THE BEST at what they do!!! We lost our transmission leaving Mexico and made it (on recommendation) to John’s by the skin of our teeth. We rented a car to head home to Utah. In the meantime, John’s got a new transmission ordered, installed and running like a champ in no time. They kept me so informed and trusted us to pay just half for this huge job, even though they didn’t know us at all. We had a wonderful time picking up our van when the work was done. They gave us smiles, drinks and snacks and a restroom. It felt like picking up our van from old family members. We left beaming! We couldn’t recommend them enough! Thanks guys!

I’ve had an ongoing problem with my 2014 Jetta, that problem being myself because I’m a busy, scatterbrained, terrible VW owner. (Pssst… don’t buy a VW if you’re used to owning indestructible Hondas and Toyotas that don’t require special everything.) I love John’s and am so happy I found a shop I trust and does everything they can to accommodate busy schedules. Thanks for your work!

Being a Senior citizen new to the area I needed to find a mechanic that would listen and discuss my problems with my car in a language I could understand. My husband is a retired mechanic for LAPD and always did whatever my car needed. Now Im on my own. I read the reviews for John’s Automotive, talked to the workers and felt very comfortable with their expertise. They did an excellent job letting me know what needed to be done now for safety reasons and what could be done now or later and let me decide. I am now a forever customer. The detailed printout explaining what they did and why was an unexpected bonus.
