I had never leased before and I had so many questions, Mike went above and beyond to answer my questions (even ones outside of his finance department that I should have asked earlier) and help me feel comfortable with the process. “I was looking for a reliable commuter car for everyday use to and from work. My previous car is getting a lot of miles so I want to keep it and just use it for errands and weekends. It was extremely important to me I get a great quality reliable car for everyday use. With this said I was NOT looking at expensive Luxury cars or fancy sports cars. I explained this to Jeff and he agreed that the Toyota Corolla with extremely low miles I came to look at was the right choice. I originally saw his advertisement online. I thought wow is this real? The pics were great quality and I was amazed at the extremely low miles for this 2002 Toyota Corolla and at how well taken care of this car is. I knew this car would sell very fast so I drove to look at the car immediately. The price was great! It was fair for the year make and model and the great condition of the car. I did have my mechanic look at the car for me and he confirmed it was a great purchase and I should buy the car. During the process Jeff and his business partner were very nice to me and professional. They never tried to sell me on a different car or up sell me on something unnecessary. It has been over 60 days since my purchase and the car is running great! I am so happy with my purchase and grateful I met Jeff. I know this is not a long period of time but I did want to share my positive experience.”

“I arrived at my appointment not knowing that a car was going to take me that same day. It was easy and fast. They asked me for my proof of income and my ID. I don't have a license and they helped me. The manager, Diego, told me that it was possible and I didn't believe him. because I went to the Toyota and they told me no because I didn't have a license in auto express, they were very kind and answered all the questions I had! Here they do what they promise and there are not many car companies that help us Mexicans. Thanks to Diego and the guys at auto express today I can restore my credit and with a very fuel efficient car! Me and my family were more than grateful and we will definitely return for a car in the future!”
