Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle. At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word). We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that. The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!

Just got my Mercedes SLK 250 repaired after an off-road accident and it came back better than perfect. The damage was completely taken care of, the colormatch was perfect and they even did extra work on the interior that I needed but didn’t ask for. Jeremy and his team are the absolute best.Service: Body & Trim

Jeremy and his crew repaired the dent in my 2007 Tundra's bed side and bolted on a new rear bumper. The truck looks great, the work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. Thanks USA AutoService: Body & Trim

This review is for Jeremy. He did an amazing job repairing my vehicle and was very patient with the process. He called and provided me with updates, and was overall, a pleasure to work with. He deserves his recognition!

WOW! I am super impressed. The quality of the repair to the front end of my Lexus SUV is simply amazing. It looks beautiful. And I honestly don't understand how USA Auto Services did such a top-quality, professional repair for the low cost I paid. I am 100% completely satisfied, and I recommend this auto repair company most highly.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Knowledgeable and extremely helpful beyond what would be expected as normal from this organization. They leave me feeling like my problem is being handled by a family friend or cousin who is also a car specialist.I get the impression that even if a problem arose that Jeremy, Asad, and everyone at USA would make every effort to resolve it.This place is a diamond in the rough in the auto repair industry most dreaded due its generally stigmatized and often less desirable outcome for most people.I doubt my vehicles will be serviced or repaired anywhere else so long as I live in San Diego. Keep their info in your contacts people, for real!

Horrible work, and they 8would rather argue than fix their mistakes. My battery was bad and the oil cooler fell off when I was at Walmart getting battery. I have triple A and this company towed and "repaired" my car. I was quoted almost $1200,for the repairs I mentioned and all new spark plugs, coils, and and oil level sensor. I wanted.leak fixed ,and I was going to do the coils and plugs myself( rather than pay them almost$700. Jeremy said I had misfires and although my leak and overheating problem was fixed(I never said it overheated and I had to remind him of the oil cooler falling off because nothing addressed it in the quoted repairs. I went down to pay,car was sti in the bay and since it was late could I get car in morning so his tow driver didn't have 3hrs of work bringing to me. Nightmare started when I took test drive. Car was steaming/smoking under my hood. I opened it to find the upper hose they repaired was not even attached or clipped on correctly and I could see the threads. My car dumped the whole tank of cooler and I clicked the top hose myself. The oil cooler looked like it was still loose( I was assured that his guy put the proper clip that was missing. I had my neighbor put the computer on it and we noticed the fan not moving as it was not plugged back in its spot. AAA had installed battery and the coils and plugs were new. He suggested I report this to AAA. When I called US Jeremy got defensive and said he would have had a.guy come up or tow it back and he would repair but since I called my boy, referring to AAA. He said now he is not paying another company a penny to fix this, and he didn't tell me to buy this car? I could tell by the.immature remarks they were used to complaints. I asked why was.tje.thermostat and hose replaced if they were not leaking? Not once did he apologize for charging me 500 to not repair the leak, the fan was unplugged, the hose Wasnt installed properly, and the battery( an honest mechanic told me)would cause misfires and codes. He agreed but first time he said it rather than acting like I had troubles. He told AAA and me that he would get to me with a tow or mechanic, but that was 8 days ago. When I asked who checked the work on my car before they sent it back like that, he dogged it and said he would work with me on fixing it,but would only warranty what was on receipt. The repairs that who knows if they were necessary, and didn't fix the leak?RUN AWAY from this con shop.im still waiting for a call back...and I requested old parts and a printout of their diagnosis.....I don't have. I filed complaint with buthey're paired. And AAA and a new mechanic said it doesn't even have the right housing and clips where they'repaired'. They do not warranty their work like advertised, and I will have to go to small claims to get back the money I wasted at this circus. 3 weeks without my car and they couldn't care less about me ,my car, and obviously their reputation. I wouldn't bring a tricycle to to this place and if you want customer service, honesty, and a competent mechanic,, skip this place.as.fast as u can. They obviously are used to complaints and cranky customers. How could they check head or bleed coolant with fan and hose unhooked... they didn't 3ven see a A AA

These guys gave me back my car looking so good I hardly recognized it! Great work, reasonable prices and they hustled to get it done right. Thanks Jeromy for making an unpleasant experience a bit more tolerable.

Wow, I am very impressed with their Collision Repair Work. Our 2000 Camry needed a new bumper and at least some headlight work. Jeremy gave a quick quote that was significantly better than another well-known shop quoted. And he said they could start right away. This was for a car NOT covered by insurance, so totally out of pocket payment. The car was done very quickly, better than I expected, they did more than they said. Overall, seriously, 5 stars!!! I am thrilled to have found this place and have told some friends. Jeremy, thank you!

My husband was dupped by the truck driver to take the car there and never disclosed that it is the same company that they do tow and bodywork. Very disappointed.

This "shark" pulled up at our auto accident and was told to tow the car to our insurance companies preferred vendor about 2-3 miles from the accident. Instead, he towed it to El Cajon and held it hostage (actually) until the insurance company paid him over $600 to release it. Then, it had to be re towed to the repir vent back over 30 miles.TOTAL RIP OFFDO NOT USE THEM
