Long wait every single time and they don't give anything but $100 and $20 bills so if you need any small bills, you have to wait st least 10 minutes while staff sit alone in their offices. And, when I ask about the ATM being changed to $5 and $20 bills they all said it's not their job. ATM limits are usually $500 and this isn't Vegas so $100 bill is rarely helpful. I called the phone number on the card and they're worse.

ZERO STARS. I am a CEO and expect better from such a large bank; I had an awful experience. Always have to wonder if the branch is doing shady acts. I went to do a wire transfer and it took 35min and the woman was looking through my account being nosy.She then said we need to move computers since hers froze and she never moved. She continued to look through my account and ask me questions she had no right to ask.I will never go to this branch location again or recommend it to anyone I know. I will recommend any other location except this one they are nosy.I woke up the following day and my account was locked for 48hrs and can’t be unlocked manually until the time is up. I have reported this branch to the proper department and was told it would be resolved immediately and told this is not allowed and US Bank apologizes.I’m beyond frustrated and beyond feeling safe with this bank location and almost want to use a different bank now. I’ve been with this bank for a few years now.After reading the reviews seems pretty clear this branch needs new employees.

So far have waited 3+ months for an update on my approved business line of credit. If you are a business owner and are looking to establish a line of credit I recommend going to a different bank. Jose Mejia-casalmalhuapa was my contact that was supposed to help me and they have been more unhelpful than any bank representative I’ve ever worked with and I work with 3 different banks.

Very bad customer service people working there are very slow and lazy OMG and they don’t care about the customer?????? Please close this place is better than you waste our time and the manager she was sitting inside looking long queue she didn’t care about anything

This bank is really weirdYou can’t used your own money such a debit card for large amount, they declined your own money. You need to stay 30 minutes or more with customers service, you can’t used your again ( your own money) your debit card more than 5 times a dayIs a weird weird bank

I’ve been coming here once a week for almost a year at the current business I work at. Today the lady that served me made a big deal about not having the account number handy and she told me it’s company policy and required. Either I was lied to or the entire bank doesn’t follow proper procedures with its members money.

I was visiting USBank today; purpose - to send money to Europe via bank wire transfer. My representative Mr. Emmanuel E Castro was performing this task for me....he was extremely kind, yet very professional, knowledgeable, did answer all of my questions, did explain me the process in detail before we started. Thanks to Mr. Castro, everything was done smoothly in a short time frame....After,I left, Mr. Castro did call me on my cell phone with additional paperwork that his superior in the US wire transfer department needed as an EXTRA document from me ....for security reasons....I was not able to provide the extra document in question, the official invoice , needed for the import dog payment - because it was a gift from a family member from Europe and I was transferring money to my family member/ dog breeder as a gratitude for payment of vaccinations and other numerous expenses responsible breeders have to face....payment for registration of dog included....yet dog itself was a gift, and the breed of dog very expensive. Mr. Castro found the solution ....legitimate solution since I did not have invoice...did not purchase a dog . Nobody in the bank suggested what this young man came up with...he told me ..." as you imported the dog outside of US....you probably have a dog passport."......Yes I did...with breeders info...Me listed as a new owner...my info....dog's info....FINALLY his wire transfer boss did accept pasport as a valid extra documentation instead of purchase invoice. Yes, this is a story with many ( maybe unnecessary details.) ...but it is important TO ACKNOWLEDGE the effort and time of USBank client representative , Emmanuel, that is willing to make a step forward ,beyond his immediate job description , in order to help a customer with a specific , rather unique problem. Congratulations to USBank for deciding to hire Mr. Castro as its team member. Manny, Manny THANKS to Emmanuel for his dedication to help me with my problem in timely frame , very successfully and efficiently. USBank customer,LB and her happy puppy

SO working the same place 7 years and using them as my Bank. My boss gave me my paycheck on Friday and I mobile app'd it to the bank and it went through. Monday night, I found out the check was returned. The problem was my Boss's bank Chase, was doing a periodic Fraud check and said they texted the owner of my business, to get authorization, Owner never got a text, SO the had the check returned. On Tuesday The owner of the establishment where I work, gave me another check, and I deposited it, The teller said I had $300 available, which was nice so now Im only $2,300 Negative. Next day they Jocelyn at the Bank told me that the other check was returned. My boss came in and pulled up his Bank account and made a copy of the Cashed Check to US Bank (Jocelyn Lied) I went to US Bank and talked to the Manager Danielle, Showed her the stamped check that was deposited into US bank Account and told her the Manager of CHase Bank is waiting for her to call them (THEY HAVE THE MONEY) however 5 hours went by and no change in my Account status even received another warning emailed to me negative balance. SO My Boss gave me $2,500 cash to go and deposit into the bank to being my account positive, Went to the Bank and Ruby, (I like Ruby she is always helpful) said she could not deposit anything into my account because there was a hold on it. Tried to get in touch with Danielle again and her latest notes on my account was need to handle this and also call the Manager at Chase Bank, for 5 hours she did not do a damn thing all the time she led me to believe she would take care of it right away. When times get tough, then you can really judge and see how many people and their organization care about you, THey have the money, they have a ways to verify it but instead put a hold on my account leave me with no money and just plain do not care, how I wish I had the number of their CEO I retired from The Navy after 20 years and wish I could pick who I served for and did not because my choice would have some people left out

I visited this location on Tue Jan 3 2023 between 10:30 - 11:00 AM and I had a terrible experience with one of your bank tellers. The representative I spoke to was rude and unhelpful to me and to the other customers. I have been a US bank customer for more than 9 years and I never had a negative customer experience before. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated by the lack of customer service and the overall poor experience.In the future, I would like to see this location improve its customer service, getting yelled at or hearing your bank teller yelling at other customers is not a good experience at all. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and would not recommend this location to others.Note: I am open to meet with one of your managers to discuss my bad experience and hopefully my feedback will help this location improve their customer service ( us bank customers deserve better service).

If I could give this place a lower star rating I would and it sucks because it's solely one person that messed up my whole experience at this place. She's an assistant manager named HEATHER. I hear she's leaving in about a week so this review may be pointless because everyone else is great, this lady spoke to me and tried to belittle me as much as she tired I wasn't backing down asking why certain employees cash my check and why she wouldn't, she then got hostile and started yelling well I'm not going to do it for you because you have no money in the bank, as if that mattered. I had taken all the money out of the bank a week prior to coming in because I knew I was leaving this bank. I honestly don't think anyone should ever bank here. Especially in El Cajon lol

Worst bank! Poor customer service, especially from Giselle. NEGATIVE STARS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. Not a trust worthy establishment. Do not take out a car loan there unless you want forgery and uncertainty of your personal legal paperwork.

I DONT recommend us bank to ANYONE. If you are looking to building your credit and a safe place to deposit your money US bank Ain't it!! They take the money out of your account as soon as you purchase something with it, then after the transaction is done pending they charge you for it again!! Oh and when you call a bank teller to ask about the money missing they say "you should of been looking at your available balance" like if I wasn't already doing that and counting every penny to make sure that I can make my purchase without having my account overdrawn oh but they always say "the money is not taken out of your account until it done pending" the money left my account as soon as I made my purchase SO WHY AM I BEING CHARGED AGAIN AFTER ITS DONE PENDING!!!!??? It's happened about 4 times where I have to reach out to them to see what happened and they always say the same thing! Us bank takes your money, and I'm tired of them taking my money! And the customer service is just ridiculous, I just want to receive my direct deposit and close out my account because us bank IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO PUT YOUR MONEY IN!!!! I cannot stress it enough..... I'm still waiting for my call back from the manager though unless the bank teller was lying about that too.....
