Buyer beware! These guys'll nickel n dime u, bigtime!
Charged $2.50 to print my label, then wanted 26 bucks for ali'l packing material!
I get tha feelin those rates'r set by franchisee, and that's pretty egregious!
Fedex never charged me to print'a label...

This location used to be open until six and they just did a remodel and they’re only open from 10 to 5 and they didn’t post their remodel hours so I stopped by this location three times now to do a return and I have not been able to enter the location and I get off work at 5 PM so now this is not a location I can even use anymore. Completely dissatisfied

I forgot I didn't like this UPS they have overpriced charges for random stuff.I'm already paying for the copies, but now I have to pay $2 for computer use.
