Ben, Joseph, and Jessica always provide me with the best services each and every time i come here, which is often. I'm always returning quite a few items, and they're always so patient and helpful during the process. I'm in and out within a few minutes regardless of the number of packages I have. They're awesome!

Great customer service. Today, I was helped by Hudson. What a nice young man! So polite and helpful. Very patient, too. He even remembered me from the last time I was here as well. This UPS STORE is nice, clean, and organized. Will continue to come to this location. And now they are open on Sundays, that's a bonus.

Walk in my dog was scary thinking groomers or doctor,right away rayne and synedny said hi to me and my dog and started loving us and made up feel so welcome thank you two for being very professional and pleasant to know you made this customer happy %

I went to 2879 Jamacha Road, El Cajon, CA 92019 to mail a returned item. There wasn't any line and the lady taped my package up, put the return label on, and I was done.

I moved to the area and needed a whole bunch of stuff done. Everyone here was attentive and told me where to go to get groceries and other shops around. They had me at hello! The care they take to make everyone feel at home is the main reason I keep coming back. I have even called when I needed to pick up a few emergency packages and they tell me..."no worries Jemima , we're here for you, take your time and get here safe"Everyone is a friend here and I feel safe and included. Shout out to my peeps for having the best customer service in town !!May you all continue to get business and blessings beyond measure. See you guys soon for my next Amazon return! LOL!

Really bad customer service. I went there today to print a 15 page document and they had this kid behind the counter who had no clue on how to print a document.I asked his colleague with a white beard to find out if he can print it for me and he had no clue either. Adter wasting half an hour of my time and i just gave up.No apologies for wasting my time and really bad overall experience. It seems like this UPS store don't care about customers.

I come to this UPS store to make all of my Amazon returns. They are so friendly and helpful here! Don't have a printer for a shipping label? They do! Need an extra box? They have plenty. I love that they help with packaging. They also have notary services here! I've been waiting for an appointment with my bank, but they're scheduled so far out! I saw the sign recently and it took me less than 10 minutes to finish all of my paperwork at this UPS store. The service is unbeatable. If there was a closer location to my house, I'd still come to this location. All of the employees here are hard workers and always helpful.
