Thought my 2008 Prius was done for. Engine light, bad engine noise and TRIANGLE OF DEATH! Mike did a thorough check of several systems. So grateful it wasn’t the engine or the big battery! The Prius did need several services and maintenance was brought up to date, too. Mike was very knowledgeable & kept me regularly updated on findings & progress. If you have to pay for someone to fix your vehicle, why not take it to someone you can trust? Thus, Trust Auto. They live up to their name.

Let me put it to all out there, this is how I feel about Trust Auto Repair.....if I had a problem with my car and I couldn't have trust Auto/Mike repair it.....why I would throw that car away and buy a new one, rather than go anyplace else. Hu

I had both my front and back brakes done for such an affordable price I couldnt pass them up. Wow! I was totally confident i wasn't getting charged for something I didn't need to be done. And I am so blessed too New to the area. Thank you so much Mike the Manager you need to talk too. He's very approachable and easy to talk to. And you are confident you are making the best choice for the work to be done. Very Satisfied!

The service was excellent and very professional and price was reasonable, no intent to try to increase price which was quoted. I tried many places some were so unreasonable I became very distressed. It was a little farther than I wanted to drive but I decided to go anyway. I read some reviews before reaching out to them. They had great reviews. Especially for what I needed, brake and light inspection for DMV. To sum it up don't go anywhere else, Trust Auto Repair is true to their name. I truly appreciate their help and professionalism .

I was amazed at the speed it took them to identify the problem, I was given choices as to how to better solve the problem and once the decision was made, they promptly worked on it. Courteous, professional and honest.

I took my truck to a shop next to Burger King. They told me they would charge me $156 each truck just to do a diagnostic test on them both. That’s not including what is wrong with it. I told them I would go to my mechanic. Trust Auto Repair/Smog is my favorite place to go. They charge me $250 to do both diagnostic on my trucks. Which is what they used to fix my Daughter truck. And I just paid to get mine fixed. Thank you so much for always treating me like family. They used my diagnostic payment towards my balance. The diagnostic was basically free

My experience with Trust Auto is truly like the name itself. Needing a new catalytic converter I trusted them to replace it...not only did they fix it fast, the price was reasonable for a single mother to afford. Thank you Trust Auto for your hard work. I will be going to you again if anything else happens. You have lived up to your name.

After calling an auto shop I had gone to before, and not getting a return call regarding a vehicle maintenance check, I called Mike from Trust Auto who I had gone to in the past. What a relief it was! Mike was honest and helpful in telling me that before any work gets done on the vehicle, especially due to the age of my vehicle, it would be best to do a service inspection to determine what exactly is needed and not just blindly follow the maintenance instructions for the car. I told Mike that I was on a really tight budget and so he really eased my worries by doing what he suggested and then performing just the services my car really needed. This was a great help to me financially. Luckily, Mike said my car was in great shape for being a 2007 model. I would highly recommend Mike and his staff for their reliable and efficient service. I took my car to the shop in the morning and I got it back by 3 p.m. that same day. I really appreciated Mike's honesty regarding the needed services for my vehicle. I didn’t feel like he was just out to get my money, and for substandard service. Thank you, Mike. I wish all auto shops were as trustworthy and customer service-oriented as yours. Kudos to you and your mechanics. I will be going back to your shop from here on for any needed vehicle service.

I've known Mike and been coming here for over a decade. Mike is very experienced and willing to explain anything if you have questions. But what I like more than anything is the honesty. It's so hard to find someone you can trust with your car, but I know Mike has great integrity and the work is done timely and flawlessly. Definitely would recommend!!
