***TWO MORE WEEKS GONE BY SINCE REVIEW! ABSOLUTELY NO RESOLVE. ONLY AN A.I. RESPONSE WITH A NUMBER THAT YOU CANT TALK WITH ANYONE. Choose carefully where you shop*** Small claims court at this point will probably resolve the challange.
I bought a zero turn that was advertised for $3400 +-. I called and spoke with a manager to confirm price prior to going to the store. When I went to purchase, I was charge full price. The young manager stating it was a CA mower and sale price didn't apply. No where in the ad did it state (CA models exempt.) I purchaced the mower and took it home. The mower made a loud metal to metal noises in the deck. I promptly returned it and wanted another one. I was told no more avaliable due to CA regulations. I understood. That being said I still needed a mower. The head manager knocked off 10% so I agreed to purchase. I assumed I could fix it myself. Upon return one day later with a trailer to pick it up, rats had eaten the seat. The manager Marni, agreed to replace the seat, so I took it home. I was promised a new seat in 4 to 6 weeks. Three + months later NO SEAT! When trying to reach out to the manager's, I get one excuse after the other and the head manager is rude as can be. When I suggested she could purchase from Amazon, and it takes three days to receive, she the "Head Manager" told me, (go ahead and YOU CAN PAY FOR IT!) What kind of manager treats customers like this! I have been in several Tractor Supplys across the country traveling. Hands down this is the most unorganized, extremely dirty store I have stepped foot in. I wonder why it is over run with "RATS"
Tring to reach out to there customer service is not an easy task, as it's always a terminal hold situation. My suggestion is if you have large purchases, go to a reputable big box store or Masons Saw where you can be treated respectfuly and actually get customer service. By the way, warranty work on their equipment is non existent in SanDiego. LA, is the closest. I look forward to speaking with someone with accual resolution, or talking with customer service. The store manager's have my contact information. One star for creative excuses.

I understand what the exchange or return policies are like. I bought a pressure washing machine and they sold me a guarantee that I could change if I had any problem that I didn't have to talk to the manufacturer and I bought the warranty trusting the employee after 3 months. I bought it and it started to practically fail. This new one, I only used it for a few days and it was pure lies in order to sell me the guarantee that they are no longer responsible for me for trusting them and they are deceiving people just by selling it.

My favorite store and favorite people. The best personal service. The employees are very helpful and courteous. Marney the manager goes the extra mile to provide personal service. I recently had a couple of warantee issues with products that are no longer sold in California and she took the time out of her busy day to get the issues ironed out with corporate.

Inaccurate inventory not only on their website but even in the store. Only show up if you want to waste your time.

I needed to find a self washing station for my dog. I live in the mountains one hour from town. This locations website stated that they have a dog washing station. I drove all the way down there to find out they did not. A bit upsetting. However, since I drove from so far I found another place nearbye. One of the cashier's even told me she didn't know why their website states they have a dog washing station there because they don't. Why wouldn't she inform her manager so they can remove that?
I do like this place for other needs though. When I ask some of the employees a question they don't seem to know the answers or try and find out.

Horrible customer service. Mean and rude clerks. El centro location is super friendly and informative. Unlike this location.
Spent $3000 on a brand new log splitter. Tire wasn't aired up as they were rushing me out of the store. Had to wait on side of road for 2 hrs. And pay $200 for roadside assistance. Tire still wouldn't hold air. Paid a different tire guy to put a tube in Tire for Temporary fix. Then when I call the store, I get ridiculed by the store, and assume I'm not getting reimbursed. Do not go to this store. They Definitely don't have customers best interest at hand.

The store was dirtier that I've ever seen it before! Gross! Not just jumbled after other shopping, fertilizer spilled, dog food spilled, dog poop on an aisle, mdse on the floor, etc. The bathroom was simply shameful. There was such a shabby, pitiful selection in several areas of the store. I had to question if they were closing or not. Checkout was an absolute joke. We did end up buying a few things. 2 bags of chicken feed, a bag of dog treats, a couple of shirts & a few other little items. We were rung up, we paid & were simply dismissed. No bag offered. Nothing. we pushed the cart carrying our items to the truck & placed everything inside. I was pushing the cart back & I saw that the next customer in line got his items nicely bagged. We won't be back. Tractor Supply is not the only feed store in town.

This is the worst store.. I have read a few of the one star reviews here and they are very close to the type of service I have received.. This is the third time I ordered online and the third time they did not have everything they claimed to have in stock, I paid for what I ordered and about three hours later, after they charged my bank account for a third time, I have received an email stating some items were canceled because they did not have them in stock, so I spoke over the phone with the person processing my order, she said, rudely, don't worry we will adjust the payment, which they did, and then charged a second time for the canceled items on the order so I was actually charged twice. Upon calling the store they were very rude and gave me a second number to call. Calling that number They claimed they refunded the money right then and there, they claimed that they would send me an email which they did not, so I am now out $95... If you can avoid this store, everything that I was going to buy there they have it at another store, which I will now be buying from. The store does not have the items in stock that they claim to have when you go online and search. And when you try and talk to someone, they are very rude.

Place barely deserves one star.. Every single time you go there they never ever restock or have what they advertise..The lazy workers give the same line every time..We only have whats on the shelf..Very Very lazy crew never moving an inch to try to help you. Been there for Fire place logs, pants, jackets, all type of merchandise and they do not ever restock..Horrible. We would go back weekly for a month and not once did they have stock of what we inquiried about weekly for 2-3 weeks. In theory it should be a great store if they did inventory even monthly. Simple things like reflector house numbers they dont reorder. Id say go elsewhere until the manager gets focused big time on the 100's items out of stock, reorder and fill your shelves.

Two stars for providing a prompt receipt when order was cancelled. Ordered 12:58pm yesterday. Followed up 4pm when no delivery communication was received. Told would be today. Ok. That's not a big deal. Estimated delivery before noon. So still not same day for orders placed before 2pm but understandable. 11:30 am today. No call. Website shows order not trackable. Call back. Clerk says it will be delivered Saturday. Three days post order. For same day delivery. Ask for manager. Manager communicates it will be tonight by 5pm. We have animals. Need the materials. The discrepancy is somewhat the fault of their corporate / web team over promising what the store cannot deliver on. Website says orders placed prior to 2pm receive same day delivery. Simple enough. We live in the Amazon age. Simple. Quick. Cost effective. Don't over promise when the delivery driver come to find out is stretched thinly well beyond what they can deliver on. The inconvenience following up, now canceling is the waste of a customers time. Company's want our money, but over promising and under delivering is not how you get my repeat business. Common sense. If late. Call or text. Provide eta. Manage expectations. The manager seems nice enough but didn't seem to grasp that time spent following up is their issue. Put yourself if the customers shoes. You promised. We're inconvenienced. Don't recommend. Unless you are ok with no follow through and having to babysit your order.
