This review is for the Toyota of El Cajon parts department.I had a decent experience purchasing a part from Toyota of El Cajon. I needed to replace the seatbelt receiver in my Tundra. I found the part on various websites prior to looking at a dealership. Toyota of El El Cajon is near my work place so I checked them. Surprisingly, they were the same price or cheaper than any site and without shipping costs.I easily found and paid for the part on Toyota of El Cajon website I received a confirmation e-mail. The confirmation wasn't quite clear if the part was in stock or not so I stopped by after work. The part was not in stock, but the dude behind the counter told me it would be ready any time after the 9:00 AM on the following day (Saturday). He said I would receive an e-mail when it was ready for pick up. Around 10:00 the next morning I had not yet received an e-mail so I called. My part was indeed ready for pick up. I drove over, he handed my part to me and I was good to go. At 10:44 AM I finally received the e-mail letting me know that my part was ready for pick up. LOL!Overall good experience. Not perfect, but good. Friendly service. On Sunday I removed the seat from said Tundra, installed the new receiver and re-installed the seat. My Seahawks were down 7-0 when I started. They were losing 14-0 when I finished. The game ended 37-3 in favor of the Ravens.Saturday was way better than Sunday!

I swear these guys try to do everything possible to get out of honoring their warranty. It took me an uphill battle to finally get my rim and my tire replaced, I'm the one actually paying the warranty which is wild the brakes squeak they screech whenever I stop, I've never heard of a brand new truck having brakes that squeak when it stops, and of course service did what they could but some back corporate office said that it's a known issue and basically I just have to deal with it. Why would I have to deal with brakes squeaking on a brand new truck the seatbelt indicator also goes off even though no one's in the seat, but of course, Toyota will do everything possible to not honor their warranties... I really should've just bought the GMC I had in mind at least I would be buying American.It's so embarrassing having passengers in my truck brakes squeaking at every stop and seatbelt indicator coming on when everyone has their seatbelt on most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of $70,000 for a truck and all this crap

My husband called last minute before closing time to test drive and check out the new 2024 Prius and Victor was available to help us out in the best way possible. He was patient, kind, and helpful with his knowledge of the car. He made sure we were happy, comfortable, and satisfied with our time being there without trying to rush the process. In the end they were reasonable with our prices and made the best efforts to help meet our financial decision. We were able to leave with the car despite it being past their closing time, and we couldn’t have been happier with it. Thank you to all those who helped us through this process and made this happen! We are so happy with our new car and with the service we were provided with! Everyone was so patient with us and willing to make it the best experience possible.

In the last month, I’ve had to replace two tires, I don’t know what the roadside hazard covers but I paid full price for these two new tires, which I think should’ve been prorated. I probably could’ve taken them anywhere else and they would’ve patched them. I get it you guys are into selling tires not patching tires very dissatisfied with your tire end of the business. And to top it off the salesman told her that it’s recommended she should replace two tires. When just a month before they put one on.

Took my car here for a brake inspection. Took nearly 4 hours for a damn inspection. Won't be going here ever again unless I want to waste my time and effort.

My interest was in a sale for the XSE sienna and my call was transferred to Ross who shared the details of the vehicle. He helped set up an appointment to view the car. There we were introduced to Ed. He took the time to showed us the car, the features and sat us down for the final negotiation. It was just a lengthy process. However, he was very transparent, honest and kind. Then the final step was finalizing the paper with Gustavo. He too was kind, transparent and honest. This the first big purchase I have ever made on a brand new vehicle. I worked so hard and thank you Toyota of El Cajon for making my dream car for my family a reality.

My first time going here and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very nice. Kathleen was the one that help through the process. She was extremely polite, very helpful and informative. Very good at what she does. This location will definitely be the place I go for any Toyota needs.

After several calls and visits to other dealerships, that let us walk out of the store, we decided to call Toyota of El Cajon!! BEST DECISION EVER!!! Ross took our call and sold us a car over the phone. We went there within the hour and he had the exact vehicle, in the exact color scheme, that we wanted! (We got lucky actually, but still). He was awesome from the 1st answered call, to the minute we drove out if the lot. He made us feel welcomed, like family right when he shook our hands. Professional, honest and kind. We were in and out so quick, the only thing we waited for was to talk to the finance team. I still can't believe how easy and painless this purchase was. We went back a few days later because we were deciding which bank we wanted to finance from, and in comes Mr. Danny Trickey! He is an aboslute blessing. He saw us without an appointment, unaware we were even coming in, and let us in with no hesitation. He worked with us on our finance plan and I couldn't be more thankful to have met him. Thank you so much for The Greatest car buying experience we have ever had! In the very near future we are getting another car and we are only going to come and see them for out car buying needs. Thank you again Toyota of El Cajon team!!

Great experience all around! Just bought a new 2023 sienna here. They had the best local inventory and our salesman Cameron was very friendly, knowledgable and incredibly helpful. If buying a new Toyota in San Diego area this is the only place to go!

This review is for the outstanding service provided by Lance Jones! The previous services that I had at this location and Lemon Grove were a ONE star.Lance was awesome, he took the time to explain everything that my 4Runner was going to need and the timeframe required. He had patience for extra questions and even helped pass the time with conversation while we waited on Enterprise (0 Stars) and the system to print everything out. One of the kindest people I have ever encountered with a deep sense of pride for what he does. I will only work with Lance going forward for future needs because he communicates and gets the job done! Toyota needs 100 Lance's to make all in the service shop 5 stars!

After being rear, ended on the freeway. I found myself in need of a new car sooner than later. After visiting several locations in SD we went to Toyota of El Cajon... after talking with Hans, who listened and was patient and kind. We left the first day to think about things ... on the way home stopped at another dealership ... totally different experience Left feeling confused ... the following day I had numerous calls from the other dealership pushing hard to make a decision, i didn't have a good feeling so I called Hans, he was again gracious & patient. Decided on the SUV, he answered all my questions and concerns after that we met with George in finance, everyone's favorite part (not) it was getting late in the evening and I was ready to get home, with that, George was thorough and efficient with his explanations, making sure I was clear on all the contracting.I am very happy with my decision and highly recommend visiting Hans and George if you are in the market for a car!

Definitely recommend this place. I see a lot of impatient people here who left bad reviews but what do you expect they need time to work on your car. 12016 camera oil change and spark plugs were done on time and had them tire rotate as well, very satisfied with the service.
