Slow service when in need to get rung up by a human. You're better off self-checking out. Cashier was scrambling for a phone to call in a sku number on some pluming elbows. They cancelled my order and had me wait and rung up other customers . What a mess. Do not come here.

Went to Home Depot to get 20 bags of gravel . went inside to pay at the pro desk . He sent me outside to get loaded up . when I went outside. the guy there told me they don't have it out there I got to go back in the store, so I went back in the store And the sales person said OK then I gotta get somebody from out there to come in here to load it up to take it out there . when he finally found somebody he said he's going to get a guy from lumber with the forklift? So I went outside and waited . I was watching four guys standing around doing nothing that We're employees of Home Depot and after almost an hour I never did get loaded so I got a refund went to La Mesa Lumber drove in . within 15 minutes I was loading up with 20 bags of gravel , paid and saved .60 a bag and I was out of there in 40 minutes.So much for Home Depot's pro desk .

Meet a super helpful associate named Kody. He assisted us with getting the right piece of wood we were looking for and cut it too! Even gave us a discount on the wood since it was damaged and there was only 2 pieces left and both were damaged. In the end he told us I hope your family has a great day! What a stellar young man!!! Absolutely abysmal experience here. Made an order and elected to pick up curbside. Checked in using the app. Been here over 10 minutes and nothing. They provide a phone number to call. I called the phone number and my call was forwarded to voicemail. The whole point of curbside was because it's 100 degrees outside and I have an animal in the car. I'll never be back to Home Depot. Don't waste your time here to Dixieline or Lowe's.

Would have given it 5 stars if they had more of the mini-skid steers for rent. But, nonetheless, the rental staff are helpful and transparent. I would suggest going as early as possible to rent what is available, possibly call ahead the day prior to verify it will be available the next morning for pick up.

There service sucks. I've asked for help and waiting over 20 mins to never get it. I've tried there curbside pick up and no one answers the phone. What's the point in having it if I've waited over 10 mins to get a hold of someone for them to not answer, then I gotta go in store and wait the long line at the customer service counter. This is the worst homedepot.

Can we stop Home Depot having illegal business vendors like a swap meet sitting out in front of your exit to your store? If I want a burrito or a taco or a churro I will go to a Mexican food establishment with a food handlers card a business license and someone who pays taxes every year! It is not right to sponsor illegal activity in your parking lot and it is your responsibility to not have them there. What if someone gets food poisoning from ordering food in your parking lot to which you are allowing who is responsible then? I shop at your store because I am a contractor and I love doing business with you but I hate having to answer questions do I want a burrito when I'm entering and exiting your store to someone that I know it's illegal performing the task. If you are going to do a joint venture with the food establishment bring Starbucks in there we would all love to have a coffee as we are shopping at your store and also we would know we are actually paying a company who pays taxes and has workers comp on their employees performing the task and has a rating with the food establishment of California????? I just saw the police have someone pack up their food cart sitting right outside the exit to your store in El Cajon. Then an employee of Home Depot comes out and starts arguing with the police about this illegal food service person serving food out there?????Come on we could do better than this

My five stars go to Hannah in the paint department, she was helpful, efficient, and got my paint color saved in the system (other locations didn't offer me this, nor give me the free can openers and stir sticks). I'll choose this location for future paint!

I loved home depot. But the times my wife has gone she tells me she feels like women never get help. I didn't believe her until i saw for myself. I first let it go and started to notice with other female customers. Over some time, I started to pick up on it more . Seeing workers go the other direction when a mother of two was looking for assistance. I mentioned it to the employee as a joke but was trying to call him out without making a bigger deal. The employee laughed and hustled away. That bothered me. They need to investigate these place with some secret shoppers so the company can see for themselves. I'll be going somewhere else, i want my to support a place that helps its customers not runs away from them. Please do better Home Depot, i was in your corner but lost me when i see how you treat your female customers.

Failed! Even after 3 tries. Paint mixing stinks. Horrible experience. Not coming back. Young girl trying to mix paints for her first time needs more experience. Then experience guy comes to her rescue, but fails and gets aggressive. Party foul.

A family should not have to wait for over 25 minutes to get help in the garden dept . It was a slow night and they had questions about a bbq. I saw 3 different employees tell the family they would send someone because it’s NOT their department. There were plenty of employees in the paint department being very flirty with one another while paint guy told the kitchen/bath person to go back to the kitchens dept. The store had plenty of employees for the night crew stalking and Head Cashiers manning the self check out registers. Maybe review the schedule to have a garden person at night so a Lot attendant isn’t having to pull the weight of an experienced garden person.
