Ordered a pair of shoes online to pick up instore called store to see if my daughter could pick them up as I was stuck in traffic would not make it there by 8pm when they close no where on there website or conformation page does it say person ordering has to be the one to pick item up it says valid photo ID and email showing item was ready for pick up manager could careless not going back to that store

Oh my gosh! Celie is absolutely amazing! She spent so much time helping my daughter find the perfect jean. She took the time to understand my daughters style and my daughter walked away so excited to have found the perfect pair for her. Thank you for styling my daughter Celie! We will see you again!

5/14/22 3:30ishYou can see me on the camera's in a black tank top.Yeah imma be that guy.So I walked in the store, wasn't acknowledged/greeted by the one person(male wore a hat, looked young/naive) stared right at me as I walked in, they sort of just looked at me stayed quiet. Female with her back turned who was adjusting shirts noticed me as I passed her begin to greet me but then stopped halfway??.. Felt awkward. I continued into the store and sat by the hats section for a few minutes looking for the right one and the one I wanted was out of reach. Made eye contact with one or more employees. I walked around a couple other sections. Stopped by hats one last time. No one really made an effort to engage or offer assistance even after I looked around for someone near. I was ready to buy something but after sitting there I felt stupid so I left(left in dead silence too). Normally I can't walk into a store without being bombarded or told if I needed anything, to let them know which in customer service, if you're bugging you're doing the right thing. Does that not exist anymore? I don't know I kind of just had this feeling like if they ignored me it would prompt me to probably leave the store quickly so they could just sit around and not do anything. Well it worked lol. Just definitely didn't feel a good vibe or welcome. All good though I bought my hat elsewhere

Customer service was awful! Went in for back to school shopping for my kids. No one seemed to want to help us, I asked a worker if they can help us with a certain size and they said they would get back to me but they did not come back. Had to go to Santee to get decent service.

DO NOT BUY PANTS FROM HERE!!!I bought 4 pair of jeans for Black Friday, 1 already is pet tore and one has a fat hole in the next to the back pocket. I only wore each pair maybe two or threeThey tear easily, get dirty easily, are poor quality and the management here doesn’t give a flying F about what you think. No refunds on the items. Absolutely ridiculous.

Very good service from John the first thing that caught my eye was the fact he sanitize all surfaces before I came up. And then he met my indecisive needs and got me exactly what I needed out of it. Thank you John I deeply recommend this tillys!

Went to buy my wife a pair of adidas. The young girl (I think her name was Selena) who helped me rocked. They didn't have it in stock so she called santee waited on hold for awhile until they picked up. Neither store had them in my wife's size so she tried showing me another shoe which I appreciated because the effort to help out was awesome. Long story's short she found out Carlsbad had one in stock so I'm going tomorrow to get it! Thank you again!! Great customer service!
