It's safe to say that we are more than satisfied with our order!Their production team pointed out that there were certain areas in our logo that would not translate well into a physical product as it would be prone to breaking and recommended the necessary adjustments without any noticeable changes to our logo!They took special care in delivering a 1/2 inch thick design from California all the way to Philadelphia! The packaging was shipped in plywood and secured it with layers of cardboard cutout of the logo to ensure that the product doesn't move around during transport.I highly recommend going with them for their services and we will definitely use them again in the future!

Just going to say this is the business you're going to want to work with! I had a last-minute request about 30 minutes before they closed and Mike was more than accommodating to get my job done. Even though it was a small order, he took the time to fix my DXF & run multiple test cuts before cutting into my material to just made sure that my end product was exactly what I wanted.There's a lot of other places that wouldn't of taken the time to edit my splines that didn't transfer over and fix them to makes sure it cut the way I intended. He was also very conscious of the material I was using and made sure to really maximize the number of units I got out and wasted very little material.Overall, I just wanted to say the experience in the shop isn't something you're going to want miss out on I highly recommend!!!@neeks93 on insta (Senior product development, Engineer for Neoenta Design)

Wanted something a little different than a framed photo on our living room wall. RMS Laser did a fantastic job creating this Art Nouveau inspired piece. It's great quality and the staff are wonderful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I asked Michael to make name tags for our car club. I was very picky because I wanted our logo on each tag as well as the person's name and "handle". When we received our name tags, we were thrilled. They were perfect and beyond our expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for personalized work.

Mike and Mary are great and they do fantastic work! They routed 20 maple cabinet doors of various sizes in patterns of our choosing. Connie and I could not be happier with the results. I will post photos after they are stained. Working with Mike and Mary was a joy in itself. All contractors should be like this. Strongest recommendation possible.
