I'm incredibly upset about the experience my boyfriend had at The Joint Chiropractic. His chiropractor was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She repeatedly attempted to crack his neck without ensuring he was properly loose and relaxed, which caused him significant pain. Despite him clearly expressing that she was hurting him and he wanted her to stop trying to crack his neck, she continued with the same incorrect treatment. Finally, after she made one last attempt to crack his neck incorrectly and he told her no, he asked her to stop once more. This caused her to stop, walk across the room, pick up her phone, and refuse to continue, as SHE didn't like that SHE was hurting HIM. Adjusting someone's neck should be approached with great care and performed correctly, as improper technique can lead to significant problems and pose serious risks. This is completely unacceptable. Do not come here for adjustments, as it's clear that safety and comfort are not prioritized.

Love coming to the joint! They have great doctors and good affordable plans. Took a friend here at least once and she was very pleased and I’ll for sure continue to keep coming here. Keep up the great work and thank you for all the good experiences!

I have been going to The Joint for 1.5 years. It has helped with pain management and mobility. Dr. Hip is the best! She is beyond talented, kind, and professional!!!

Great customer service. I enjoyed my much needed adjustment. I felt good after my first visit. I came in with pain on my right side of my lower back and I left much better. I have not been to the chiropractor in about 7 months this means I need more than one visit to feel my best. I haven’t taken any pain killers after my adjustment, which is great. I will be back on Saturday
