DO NOT GO HERE. Go to the Westcott location!!!!I normally never do these reviews but my experience was SO horrible. I have to. I came in to buy a new Mazda CX-30. The sales people then wanted me to buy a newer used vehicle but at a higher price..?? When we went to the financing, the "accountant" told me I was approved for a loan at 12% APR but with more money down than what I wanted. I went back the next day with my personal loan at much lower interest rate. When we were going over the documents from the previous day, they had NO record of running my credit. The sales men LIED to me about running my credit so they could get more money down. I was SHOCKED at the dishonesty and negligence of this location. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. GO TO THE WESTCOTT LOCATION: I then went to the Westcott location, and they were able to get me a loan at 6% APR with the amount down that I wanted. Not only that, but they also gave me full warranty and coverage. With oil changes included. Oh and it was a new car like how I wanted lol El Cajon location is an actual joke

I went to buy a used retuned lease car mazda cx-5 that one used to belong to my ex wife and was low milage that's why I tried to buy that.they said we sent the car reconditioning department,after more than a week they called me to see the car I checked the car still back light broken didn't fix that , the front fender left side had scratches they painted but they didn't change the platice piece on front fender with scratch on,they didn't mention about painting and scratches the front fender of car I check the truck they washed all mates with water and was full of hairs of dog ,that was meaning of reconditioning, then they tried to lowballing my car on trading and person in financing department was very rode tried to sell the car 5k more than the price they offered to my ex wife. when I said you offered 19k to my ex wife ,he said your ex-wife said Lai to you ! I was very angry and disappointed of that conversation and disrespectful people work at that dealership and i just wasted my time , so I don't recommend mazda El cajon dealership to anyone at all.

Mike was very helpful. He attended to my car immediately, did some tests and had me on my way quickly. Him and all staff were very friendly. The waiting room was nice too. Happy with my experience!

Test drove a car, found an issue they insisted upon fixing. Found a better deal elsewhere I thought but ended up coming back to them for a cx-30 Premium I saw they had at a great price and talked numbers after taking it for a spin. They do have a lot of unnecessary add-ons ($4k in stuff I didn't even want) and push them pretty hard but they earned my business and worked out the numbers to meet what I needed and make a happy customer out of me by the end of it. My sales guy Jamal was friendly as well as Carl the sales manager who won me over when I was ready to walk away from a car I really loved because it was going to go out of my budget. I'm happy with how it all turned out and got a great vehicle I trust will hold up.

Lulu is professional, communicates effectively, thorough, and manages time well so as not to provide more or less service to customers. The team did not charge me for some services and items which is greatly appreciated. The service video provided helped me understand what the next items to focus on for my next maintenance appointment.

Team Mazda of El Cajon has outstanding customer service. I brought my wife's old Mazda in for service in early November. She had broken her hip and had not used the car, but the service date was long past due. The service manager said that the car had only been driven a hundred miles since the last oil change and to bring it in January and to drive it some. So Team Mazda passed up a chance to make money by giving me a chance to save money. The car had been sitting in a garage for a long time and was very dirty. He offered to wash the car. They washed the car and did not charge me. Team Mazda of El Cajon is a good place to do business with.

Fast and efficient service. I was greeted quickly upon arriving and was helped out by Julian. He helped me out with everything I needed and explained all the services that were recommended very well. He got me into a loaner and quoted me a wait time of around 130pm. Sure enough I receive a text around 130 that my vehicle is ready. Always have great service here and it's awesome that appointments can be made online. Thanks again Team Mazda of El Cajon!

Rob from service was friendly and knowledgeable, he help us all the way with the repairs and provided clear and up to date information on everything related. The video inspection was a nice add on and the pictures with the details really help understand what needed to be done. Great service and quality in general. I think we’ve found our dealer of choice to take care of our vehicle maintenance, we’ll be seeing you again, thank you!

Mikayla was amazing! She made the process incredibly smooth and went above and beyond for us to get the best deal. The only negative I have to say is that we were told we would receive the car with a full tank of gas, but after we left, we realized they had left us with less than a quarter of a tank. Overall though, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend them.

I'm a current Mazda owner and I was looking at a 2024 Mazda 3 hatchback. I informed dealer I would be arriving at showroom and confirmed the next day. I had to wait a half hour for car to be test driven. Then when I asked for an out-the-door itemized breakdown, the finance manager refused and then said , "add 15%." WHAT? Anyway, I walked out of dealership never to return.

My customer service representative Rob was great. He was very quick to explain my car’s issues and kept me abreast of the progress. Luckily most of my service was covered by warranties as it required extensive work, and Rob made sure to provide the necessary documentation to get the work paid for. As well a loaner car was provided and the service was completed in a few days.
