Constant long lines. No one working at registers. Self checkout is only way to checkout at times. Carts barely move or steer to one side due to stuck wheels and have trash everywhere. Employees rather talk to their coworkers about their weekend than offer help to customers trying to find items.

Refer to the pictures attached to this review. This is what it's like shopping at this Target. Early afternoon on Saturday, the place is a mess. The shelves are not organized, and items are on the floor everywhere. Even if they do have items you look for, they most likely won't be in the right spot, or they will be filthy, very visibly dirty.
I'll avoid this Target now, thank you.

Every single time I come here, their "dollar" area is completely empty. I understand if it close to a holiday but it doesn't matter what day or week, every time I come. Who is in charge of ordering or stocking? Santee never has this problem

This disaster of a store never answers their phone. Not only that, they offer "drive up convenience" and abuse the bag fees. I just found that ALL of my drive up orders that COULD use bags were overcharged: orders with 6 small items used FOUR bags and i was charged for six. What? This really caught my attention when i noticed a $.90 fee was put on a cancelled order, this order was ONE small item and they charged me for TEN bags, and charged me for NINE bags when the order was cancelled. It may seem petty but they're probably collecting millions in bag fee overages and not the employees who do this nor the managers who look the other way give a crap. None of the other Targets i've ordered from do this. Why is this Target so freaking stupid?

Priscilla at customer services was such a huge help with a purchase I had, she was very professional, personable and helpful with my questions that I had in regard to the transaction. She made sure that she saw it through to make me happy and satisfied with the process. She's definitely an asset to the company!!

Restrooms were a complete disaster.. no toilet paper available and definitely need to hire a janitor or the appropriate staff to make sure the restrooms don’t look like a bunch of homeless people used them. Extremely upsetting to see it in such a professional environment.

My favorite target ever. Love the Disney section of toys they have. Clean store. Employees are friendly. Bigger toy selection than most targets.

I have been calling guest services since Friday 1/5/24 to see if I left a light browm jacket at a self checkout register no ever answered, I even tried calling electronics, no answer, optical, no answer, ridiculous!!
