After going to Best Buy & not finding the phone I wanted, I came here & got an even better phone & a great promotional deal! The employees are very friendly and helpful. I shall be doing business with this store for a long time

They made me return for two visits, just to tell me they can’t honor a promotion because they are a franchise and NOT a T-MOBILE Company store.

I used to like this place. Since they decided to look like an apple store and no more privacy by removing the front desk. The staff don't know who is in line or who is waiting. Unorganized, people coming in and being attended over people already waiting. SAD

CAREFUL! This store is a franchise and to increase their Sales they add devices to your plans, selling them as “free” but in reality they add them to your invoices.Specifically, the promotion they give you on kids watches, which have a price of $174 and they add it to your bill and only make you pay the 15 dlls of “tax” immediately.We realized this and complained to the store manager as she explained to me that it was a mistake and that she would give me a credit for the total amount of the watch, but for that we had to go to the store more than three times to look for it because only she can give the credits. .I chose to call TMobile customer service which helped me a lot to understand everything they were charging me, it turns out that they gave me the credit for the watch so that it was “free” but they are charging me $10 for the watch line , $10 dlls that cannot be canceled plus $6 dlls of insurance. The manager never mentions that.It also appears on my home internet bill whichThe manager added it to our account at the time of the sale, and when we told her that we didn't need it, she should take it away, she put it as “returned in store” but it turns out that the service activated it for me and each invoice they charge me $35Without having the device at home and even though it was marked as returned, it still activated my internet service. It's groceries!Fortunately, customer service helped me deactivate the service but with a waiting time of 7 days.Anyway, super bad experience in this TMobile store in the drawer

For this to be a corporate store, the employees were very deceitful. We were lied to, and my account was charged for items we were told were free for the promotion. I do not recommend this location at all. Borderline thieves. I filed a complaint with TMobile corporate and reported the entire situation.

Worst customer service by Crystal the sales associate manager, she’s was so rude and unhelpful. I don’t suggest no one to go to that location because you won’t walked out satisfied. I wish I could cancel my plan but they tricked me and if i want to leave them i have to pay off all 3 phones which is ($2400) total because they’re not giving me credit on my old phones that i trade in for the new ones.What a scammers !

Go to the santee T-Mobile. This store sucks. I literally had to go back twice because the lady working told me she couldn't help me and I need to call customer care calling customer care made me go back to the store.... Customer care on the phone is amazing. The store rolled its eyes when I told him that they are the ones that had to help me. There was probably 10 kids half of them the other ones hanging out. The store was more worried about getting customers out of there than it was about helping them.. go to another T-Mobile T-Mobile should not be held accountable for the way that this particular store is ran! I was the only customer in there. Once they actually helped me it took five minutes.. I filled out a thing on their iPad. While she sat there and played with her nails..

Wish I can give this place a zero star. This place has been nothing but a terrible management. I went into trading my phone and I was helped by a representative name Lee , and the assistant manager Crystal was at the store And they both promised me if I traded in my phone I would get $850 on the new iPhone 15 Pro Max and they also sold me on the Apple Watch Ultra and they told me I would get 50% off but then after a month I called in to 611 to ask why my bill was so high and they stated that no promotion was ever given to me. All of this was a scam. I went back to the store and I was helped by Crystal and they looked around and they found my trade-in phone in the back of the store sitting there, and it was never traded in. terrible establishment and terrible customer serviceI will be filing a report to customer service and T-Mobile headquarter.

Bad customer service they try to sell phones by changing your plan and they don’t tell the truth about end of the month how much will you be charged because of their mistake or I am paying every month $60 extra
