Service is really bad.. I called and checked in at 7pm there was two employees working.. when I walked in they told me I'm next In line. They were both helping customers, the lady working there finished up with her customer and then went over and just started talking to the other employee and the customer he was helping. They close at 8pm. At 7:55pm after waiting for almost an hour. She finally decides to help me mind you they close in about 5 minutes. I simply told her I just wanted to upgrade my phone. She checks my phone number and tells me "you're not authorized to upgrade unless the account holder is present" I know I'm authorized the account holder has put me as an authorized user to where I can go and upgrade my own phone. I showed her prove that I was authorized and she kept insisting that I wasn't. Long story short they did not wanna help me at all. The lady was just talking instead of helping me the other customer was being assisted by the other employee. If I could put 0 starts I would.

Cody helped set me up with internet at my home (HINT is what it's called) and it's been extremely helpful because the speeds are good and it's cheap.Also, Esteban was really helpful when I came in to upgrade my phone a few months back too. This is a great store and everyone is very professional and friendly! They greeted me and even though it was a long wait, they let me know ahead of time how long it would take to be helped. Excellent customer service all the way around!

I gave one star because after 10 minutes with the automated system i.e., artificial intelligence, a human finally got on the call. T-Mobile has the absolute worst customer service. I do not recommend this company. If you are able, research other providers before settling for this poor excuse of a company. This review is for T-Mobile, the parent company, not the independent retailers, who unfortunately tied to this bottom feeder.

The younger gentleman the checked me in was very polite and gave me a estimate of about 40 minutes and I was completely ok with that and I had explained to him that had just left the 2nd st location and was not happy with them but that was to be expected at that store I guess. But when I went to get a update after I was waiting for the (40 minutes) the older gentleman with glasses and beard had a mean attitude told me I will get a call or text and I confronted him about being upset. Not cool. Ryan is awesome

Not a fan, tried going twice today. Don't really understand their system. Checked in but it's been 2 hours since. One person was actually helping customers, doing all the visible work. One was only checking people in, wait time was supposed to be less than an hour. Another person was wondering around doing who knows what? But if you have people coming in to do business maybe the check-in person or the extra person can take on some of the customers on the wait list..?? Get some customers taken care of, sell some phones, sell some plans?? ?

When I went to go get my son a SIM card and put him on our plan, this employee named Ana started telling us how we weren’t eligible for the deal because we weren’t new members and we had a existing plan. Ana wouldn’t help us, answer our questions, and when we tried to go get our iPhone 15’s for the plan Ana said they didn’t have the colors in stock and they went to go check in the back for 15mins… 15 MINUTES!! I understand that it might take a while but 15 minutes just to not get a phone is ridiculous. When we went to another T-Mobile, they gave us everything we needed with no complications at all. This location has poor customer service and rude employees.

Ramin was EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Seriously the best customer service ever. I lost my phone and the new one that came in the mail was an insurance replacement. I went to four different stores, no one knew how to activate an E SIM card on the new type that doesn’t need a physical sim and he was super fast. Thank you a million times !

It took this store over three hours to activate my phone and transfer the contents. The transfer was botched. Terrible service, the employees kept expressing frustration at me that their tech wasn't working. There is no manager on site. The employee run rough shot over the store. They kept telling me outright lies or deceptions. Very dishonest. They kept telling me they couldn't do a data transfer and I should leave without it being done.

I had a really bad experience with the T Mobile store in parkway plaza. I had just got off work, T mobile sent me a defective device, and said I could exchange it in a corporate store. When I went to the store in parkway plaza, after a one hour wait, Saturday evening, the representatives acted like they didn't want to sell me a phone. Giving me a fabricated story how I'd lose the value of the phone I was going to upgrade. Just a terrible experience. I then went to the T Mobile at Grossmont center, and was treated like a valued customer. At Grossmont I was given a excellent plan and the phone I wanted. Parkway plaza made me feel unwelcome and that I didn't belong in their store.
