My stylist was phenomenal. She was very attentive to what I wanted. She also made me feel welcome and gave me a great hair cut!! Hopefully I can her again to cut my hair.
Requested style: My stylist helped me decide on what I wanted when I wasn’t sure. I mean I knew what I wanted, but couldn’t articulate it. She helped me with that and produced a great cut.

I arrived at Supercuts and was immediately greeted warmly by Sonia, she answered all my questions and concerns about the haircut I wanted and told me that she agreed with me that a shorter cut would be the way to go; she quickly and efficiently cut my hair and I could not be happier!!! I FINALLY found a hairdresser who I feel comfortable with. Thank you SO MUCH Sonia for making me feel a little better about myself.
I will DEFINITELY BE BACK for a trim and maybe a color/highlights that we discussed.

This place sucks, I don't recommend...I have short hair went in to get a trim and evened out, they don't pay attention to detail and I had to go to another supercuts cause the haircut they gave me was choppy, uneven and blunt in some areas. I recommend supercuts on sports arena blvd.

Requested style: I requested a fade in the back. Person that cut my hair butchered the whole cut. She should not be cutting hair what so ever. I could have just put a bowl over my head and did the same haircut. Asked for an oval shape in the back basically all around screw up. It's pretty evident she has no clue what she was doing. I've had my hair cut there several times before. Never have I left so unsatisfied as I did!!!
Amendment. .
Went back the next day for another Stylist to fix the disaster from the previous day. Thank you so much Lori you're the best four stars to you. You did what you could with what was messed up and it still came out alot better. Thank you!!!

I checked in online and arrived early, but they were backed up and only 2 people working. So I got on the chair about 20 minutes past my haircut time but Sonia did a great job on my haircut. So that was nice. But maybe have more staff because I witnessed a lady leave after her scheduled appointment time because she wasn’t getting her hair done yet and she said this was the second time it had happened in 2 days. She was not happy.
