My Grandmother was having trouble with her her landline making her sound like a robot as well as the call being extremely staticky.Contacted cox customer care and within a few days they sent out a wonderful technician. Omar who replaced and updated all of the wiring that had not been updated in the 15+years that my grandmother has lived in the home. He did the job in a timely manner and was very accommodating, professional and able to call me who wasn’t at the appointment to follow up with and let me know the outcome. He went above and beyond thank you again to Omar my grandmothers connection is working nice and strong again. Goodbye to the robot and static!!!

A very rude installer is at my complex right now making a ton of noise on my roof. I went out to question what he's doing especially since he is out here after HOA hours. He wouldn't tell me which neighbor he was servicing. I've been here 25 years and know my immediate neighbors very well. A new tenant from the other side of the building confirmed he was working on her unit. I said ok. He said now we are good? I stated we just recently had a severe problems with homeless and thefts. He said oh so now I'm homeless I have a badge. Very argumentative and unprofessional. I got a picture of his illegally parked truck blocking our trash unit. This guy needs to be trained on customer service.

Incredible service from Tyler who came out to fix our wonky Cox internet that kept disconnecting. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful...Tyler was able to break down the issue into understandable lay terminology and solved our issue. Hes a great asset to this company!

The first Sunshine tech that Cox sent out on July 25, 2020 was inept and brain dead. He was supposed to have installed and activated Cox phone/internet modem. He looked at the modem, and wrote me a note "Call Cox." I am deaf. I told him I had called Cox the day before and that they were unable to activate the modem. He did not reply. I asked him if he understood English, and he did not reply. He just stood and looked at me. I then asked why he came to my house. Again, no reply. I asked him three times in a row if he could install and activate the modem. He shook head "no." The second Sunshine tech came out today, an hour after the 8 to 10 appointment window, with no apologies. He was able to get the modem installed and working, but unnecessarily rearranged the power cords on my power director. I told him to put them back just like he found them. He wrote me a note "You want to disconnect and phone not work." I again told him to put the power cords back like he found them, and it worked perfectly. He was in such a hurry to leave, he did not want to wait a few minutes for the modem to reboot. When it did, he flew out of my house without so much as a goodbye. Avoid Sunshine with a vegeance. At best, they are OK; at their worst, which is most of the time, they are terrible

I'm writing to thank Keith L for the excellent installation of new Cox cable/internet services. While the Covid rules make things more difficult, Keith helped get my Cox services running quickly and allowed me to get my home office set up just in time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and on-time. Thank you, Keith!

The first tech arrived in a beat-up personal truck with the bumper falling off. He knocked internet and phone offline and damaged equipment. The tech assigned to fix the issue came the next day and went right to the front door ignoring physical distancing requirements. Sunshine techs don't have the same level of training, equipment, or knowledge as in house Cox techs. Don't let them in your house and don't let them work on equipment. At best the problem won't be fixed at worst they'll cause damage that requires several follow up visits by Cox in house tech to fix. We've always request Cox tech based on poor passed experience. We were desperate enough to let the first tech attempt to make repairs but this turned out to be a mistake. They rush through the works, blame the problems on Cox issues or your equipment, and are generally terrible technicians.

I was behind the driver of one of these clowns for a couple miles on a one way 50mph road. At no point did he go over 30mph on a clear sunny day. By the time the road split again there were a dozen cards backed up behind him. He was all over the road and way under the speed limit. I think any average 10 year old is more competent on the road than this mental midget. If this clown pulls up to your house you are in trouble.

I just like to give a shout out to the ultimate professional who came out to upgrade my internet service through Spectrum. Tony (Antonio) Tech 8424 was super efficient and helpful. He listened to what I needed and went to work. I’m not someone who writes reviews but I just couldn’t let this opportunity to show my gratitude slip by. I’m thankful that Spectrum here in the desert recognized the quality of service your company provides and that I was the lucky recipient of that service today. Thank you!

After previously having a very bad experience with this company six years ago, I dealt with Jose today, who came out to the house to install Cox Communications cable Internet service. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and did a very clean install. He went the extra mile by even helping me tidy up the numerous unkept cables in one of my communications panels, as well as replacing all of the questionable coax fittings that could result in a degraded signal. I would recommend, at least if you are fortunate enough to get Jose.
