Past few times it takes 15 to 20 minutes for a standard dark or pike coffee with nothing else in it! Orders after mine are fulfilled and still here waiting every time. It takes about 30 seconds to pour so whats up with that?! Not coming to this location anymore.

Was starting a road trip and stopped by to get a matcha and some egg bites. This time of the day it wasn't too busy. Service was good and drive thru was pretty quick.

cashier was being nice , but service was insanely terrible , i received my drinks first, i had to wait 20 minutes for my CHEESE danish. i had to ask for it , if i didn't they would've forgotten all about it. They gave it to me cold so i requested it to be heated up , they burnt it!!

Many of us put in our orders TO GO if we’re in a hurry on our way to work. I understand that the lobby had to be closed due to flooding at this location which is totally fine, but you should definitely turn off your order ahead status on the app.. I ordered 20 minutes prior to arriving at the location and now I’ve been sitting in the line for 25 minutes. Additionally, when i FINALLLY got to the window, I mentioned that it might be helpful to turn off the pick up status on the app so another customer doesn’t find themselves in the same frustrating pickle I did this morning, but the barista immediately got defensive, made a snarky reply back, and was not receptive to my feedback - which was NOT a personal attack. I was scared to even get to the window to get my order because was clear he has taken it as one. Connor, thanks for being the only rude Starbucks barista I’ve ever met in my whole life. Fr. From LA to Catalina to SD. Great latte though 10/10.And authors note:It’s possible that Connor could’ve taken my tone as ‘snarky’ too. At the end of the day, I was just trying to help others avoid my same fate & while I do feel like it is your responsibility to not be argumentative behind the counter and opt for problem solving, I know you guys must go through a lot, stay very busy, and your job isn’t easy. Connor was very nice at the window. Have a good one.

I was broke and just looking to chill for the rest of the night. I had a rather difficult day but the manager saved me. Told me he had my back, gave me a coffee on the house and that made the day not so bad. Great crew, atmosphere and remember you're the "BOSS"!^_^Parking: Big lot with free parking all over you'll find a spot easily.Kid-friendliness: The staff easily accommodated parents with kids.

I recently visited this Starbucks and I must say, my experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, I had to wait for a whopping 30 minutes and I never got my drink. The wait time alone was frustrating, but what made matters worse was the fact that the employee didn't even bother to address the situation or offer any explanation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them. This kind of service is simply unacceptable and it left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously. Never coming back to this location.

Wonderful service I ask her what is my favor she make me different and then I correct after I get to the window I correct what I want. She said you can keep the one I give you they know they’re wonderful they’re not like other places they deserve big smile.

People aren't very friendly. They have an attitude too. I mean Sometimes we have a bad day and they make it worst. We can add more things to order later but they are like oh make sure make your order rigth next time! Adding more things later seems too much work i guess.

I should have known better and not gone here for my coffee. They can't even get a single coffee order correct. Ordered a cinnamon Carmel cold brew, got a plain cold brew with foam. It would be nice if you could get my order right just one time.

This the worst Starbucks we have ever been to! Service is poor! We waited for our our coffee and food for so long. What was annoying was this lady who took our order lied and told us that she called. We were infront of her and never heard of it. And when I asked for our food, it was just laying on the counter and she just realized that she didn't serve it or no one bothered to check. And not even apologetic. And it seemed like the people in the store seated were not even customers coz not even a cup of coffee, doors or whatever on their tables. None of my business. I just want to give a review in the customer service here that really sucks!
