PLEASE READI spent less than a year working at St. Madeleines as a Case Manager for the Adult Development Center Program (ADC). My experience with management was terrible. They will over work and underpay you. They are also very rude and will wrongfully terminate you if you speak up. I worked 2 jobs at once not including my mornings helping at transportation, covering other programs and working at the garden.I can only speak on the program I worked at, but your loved ones who are mentally and physically disabled who attend the program are NOT safe. This program is supposed to have a ratio of 1:4, meaning 1 staff to 4 people. I have seen them extend up to 1:8 and even more. These are adults who need a lot of extra support (hand over hand, toileting, feeding, etc). They are completely understaffed because they do not support their employees at all and will brush off any concerns that are brought up. I worried every day about the safety of the disabled adults because of the unsafe ratio. ALSO they do NOT work on any of the clients objectives or goals appropriately. I have sat in meetings where I have witnessed managers lie to families saying that they are working on their goals when they do not at all. They do not data collect accurately or practice consistently for the adults to learn these basic skills. Trust me when I say they will put your loved one in front of a tv and leave them there all day. They are so understaffed that your loved one will be sitting in their soiled diapers for an extended amount of time.PLEASE DO NOT ENROLL YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.This place is a facade, a big lie. They truly DO NOT CARE about your loved ones. I am talking about management. I truly enjoyed the relationships I made with the adults. They deserve so much more. Please do not enroll your disabled adults here. Please.

Most unprofessional people. Didn't treat my special ed brother with any respect, was harsh on him, and put our family into actual s**** They have a center for disabled people but don't know how to handle them with any decency or respect. All they care about is money and their donors but little do these donors know how this center treats these disabled people. All respect lost for this people. I am sickened with the way they treated my innocent severe mentally delayed brother.

I've worked here as a driver for 15 months. Very fullfilling work! Every day is fresh, as no two days are alike. How do you know when you've found your dream job? When on Sunday night you can say, "I GET to go to work tomorrow!"

You should maybe train your people to learn how to drive. this gentlemen this morning on September 11th 2019 driving number 70. Hasn't stopped at two stop signs. And is swerving in and out of lanes. Maybe take a look at your drivers

This review is for people interested in using St. Madeleines as a venue/event space: St. Madeline's Sophie Center will forever be a special place for me and my husband. We had the best experience working with Nichole as our event coordinator from the venue! The grounds are beautiful! All of my guests loved the venue and were surprised at this hidden gem! The price is amazing! The people are wonderful and all the proceeds go to their non-profit to help adults with disabilities. No tax and no gratuity added! It's a win-win!! Highly recommend, especially if you want the freedom to make your wedding your own without all the hidden fees and mandatory vendor usage that come with other venues!!

I thought I could trust the staff along with the consumers and was very disappointed not getting the personal growth I hope to seek after observing how disconcerting and unprofessional the staff is especially getting into my personal business and instigating a lot of consequences while a bus driver along with a job coach telling a disrespectful lie that is unacceptable and nasty while another bus driver tried to set me up for something unprofessional! Job coach and staff make excuses for anyone being hypocritical and unprofessional with a nasty behavior while have bad guidelines from my experience working over there. Consumers talking about personal stuff. The program should teach consumers how to respond professionally especially if you are going to work in a real job that takes responsibilities very seriously and understand the difference between right and wrong! I myself both have epilepsy and autism and glad I don't make excuses if I do something wrong even though I am more well behaved while not my disability as a excuse!
