“I'm from L.A. Took my ball to get drilled on a Sat if it could be done by Sunday. Unfortunately they are closed on Sundays. It was 2pm, I had a dinner appt at 5. They had balls to drill ahead of me. By 4pm, they called me to tell me it was ready. Excellent service. Reviews are completely accurate.”
“I always try to buy my Hats at Lids. They have the BEST and Largest Selection of any type of hat you are looking for. The Prices are always fair and sometimes they always have their Hat Club Pricing. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I came in at opening and was just browsing. I needed a new hat for summer. I couldn’t land on one until Tony Recommend a Padre Hat that I couldn’t live without. I couldn’t have seen this series if Tony didn’t show it to me. I am so happy he did because I love it. It was a little bit out of my price range. Tony was able t get me set up with a Free membership and save me 20 percent !! I was able to comfortably purchase the exact hat I wanted. Tony provided exceptional service. He was patient and answered the numerous questions I had about online purchasing and in store purchasing. I am so glad I stopped in and will be back to get more Hats soon. Tony also had some cool Shrek Crocs. I was a little jealous.”
“Went in looking for my favorite shoe brand. Unfortunately the store-line has discontinued carrying that brand. Sad for me. Didn't have time to investigate what possible replacements they have. Perhaps later I'll go back to see.”
“Customer service second to NONE! I called ahead and spoke with Eryk regarding a specific pistol. He was upfront and honest and very helpful. when I came into the store to look at the weapon, he was even more helpful. He gave me info and even further proof that I was purchasing quality, he showed me it was his weapon of choice for daily carry. Most guns stores have the "holier than thou" attitudes however, both Eryk and Zane were super knowledgeable of the current laws in CA and answered all questions regarding changes to the current laws (restrictions/bans/etc.) which made me, the customer feel right at home. Purpose: I was there to buy a gun. they could have easily just started the DOJ/CA background check/etc taken my money and sent me on my way, but they went out of their way to assist, answering other questions regarding AR's and pistols. Additionally, they showed me potential upgrades to the weapon I was purchasing and gave me the pros and cons of certain brands. Where most gun stores/dealers would gladly have you buy extra junk or parts you don't need or want, they gave me honest opinions even if it didn't benefit them. I was thankful for their customer service, and because of that I am a future customer.”

I was limited on time to find some football cleats and luckily Trevor helped me out in less than a minute.It’s employees like that that stick out because even ten minutes before closing they don’t start packing their things but instead put their customers first.”
