Last week I ran my Prius through and it came out almost as dirty as it went in. They were gracious and let me run it again. Still filthy and soaking wet. This is not a new experience for me. I gave up and took the car to Aqua Clean off Baltimore. For 4 bucks more I got a thorough and professional wash, inside and out, and the car returned to me dry and polished. Done with Sloppy Joe's.

Vacuums don't work for 3 or 4 weeks
Kinda sucks since your prices have almost doubled been a member since 2016

I still have a long memory when Soapy Joes. Made it almost impossible to cancel the monthly membership during the o start of the Pandemic. It was a very desperate and crappy thing to do to customers. The very reason people mistrust Autopay Subscriptions. So yeah… just saying. Other than what feels like crappy practices, the car wash quality is good.

I used to come here a lot, but recently I've noticed the vacuums have little to no suction. I'm not sure if this is a strategy to keep the car flow going, but I'm paying full price for this service. I tried using several vacuums, and it was only 8:50 in the morning. I will never come here again. Other Soapy Joe's locations have better vacuums.

A nice location with a good amount of vacuums right when you come out of the wash. Grab one of those if you need to vacuum!!
I was notified after I pulled into the lower row of vacuums that none of them work. There's no signs at all about that so then I had to wait for an opening to quickly grab a vacuum up top.
Always appreciate the feee clean towels to use. The worker gave me two air fresheners which is nice since mine is already losing its fragrance.
I'd come back here again since it's so close to my work but bummed about half the vacuums not working.

It doesn't clean well. The machine is too old and needs to be replaced or fixed.
