Failed my smog check because I had oil on a pcv hose. Took it somewhere else and the technician there told me there’s no way it should have failed and passed me that day. Wasted time and money

Wow, the employee at this shop was among one of the LEAST friendly or helpful people that I've ever come across. I would not go back here. If you're looking for a STAR certified smog place, I would suggest you try Smog N Tags on Cuyamaca instead. However, they did complete my smog, so I'm giving two stars; "could've been better" seems like an accurate assessment.

Highly recommended, been going there for years, excellent customer service and you can get your smog and tags or any other DMV services done all at one small shop, it's really a great place I even had my old ATC 3 wheeler registration done there pretty cool ??Services: Lost/duplicate title

Service was quick and the technicians are knowledgeable.However, getting charged $100 to do a check engine diagnostic - the results of which only served to confirm what I already knew was the issue - was highly unpleasant.I had avoided this place for years because I had been overcharged previously at this same establishment.I will most likely never use them again.

Ive been here more than a handful of times and have always been taken care of they usually are busy but all the techs there have been helpful and priced reasonability. I haven't had or seen any of what the previous review states, I have and continue to recommend them since they are knowledgeable and do the job right. If they did not then give them or anyone the opportunity to correct it.

I came here the other day to get work done on my vehicle they were nice at first then asked if they can fix something they messed up and they got super offensive because it' was their word against mine due to the father and son work together. I should've knew better reading Fred's review

I've had my truck for a few years and know what regular wear and tear is , after changing my brakes and one tire at this place Smog for Less 595 El Cajon Blvd El Cajon , The work showed to be BAD and carelessly our back together , they put in used brakes in my truck And I was told that by a reputable mechanic ! This place is A RIP OFF ! After we pointed out that they were ripping us off they started speaking Spanish and no manager fessed up to selling us bad brakes for over $450 ! They Never replaced nor Fixed their Terrible Work They Are The WORST ! BAD Business people ! They prey on Senior citizens ! I would Never Recommend This place to anyone ! Zero Stars ! You Stink
