Good paint and supplies, however very poor customer service. Can't walk through store to see products still in Bs Covid protocols. I wouldn't waste my time or money here.

Staff was really helpful and knowledgeable! I went in not knowing exactly what all I would need, but they set me straight. All the information I could ever need for painting over the damage on my bumper was explained to me, and directions were provided on some packets. So I went from not knowing anything, to feeling pretty confident about fixing the damage. The pricing was also pretty reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking to do some DIY paint repair.

Bad service. Total gamble if they answer your phone call and if you walk in off the street be prepared for their disinterest in helping you. The manager Tony is terrible and provides no results. I would suggest going elsewhere.

I've been coming to this place to buy all my autobody supplies for a couple of years now and Dustin, Tony and the rest of the staff have always been professional. These guys are solid and always willing to help anyone when needed.

This review is based on my experience, I found this place looking on the Internet and found it to be In business. I was looking for a local paint supplier as I do Auto body repair on a small scale. I had gone to location and thought it was out of business because I saw the Decal letters soo faded and shriveled up. Upon going inside I saw this place has a store front, Has small amount of supplies on shelves and items on walls. This place is Good if you need paint supplies, the only problem is The guy Dustin Romero there is not very good with customer service skills, I felt like I couldn't shop there, and I was the only one that knew what I was doing. I ordered a pint of paint, He wasn't helpful and ask me for what kind of car, I had to look up the paint code in their books from the paint code of the car I was working on. He didn't ask me if I need any reducer or say thanks for coming in. It seemed like robotic service. He didn't even smile, ask me if I needed anything else. He was as bland as baby food. I personally like my customers to be happy and leave happy. I give this Business 3 stars Because of the person that Represents this Business. On the Business side I was served my product without a problem. Would I recommend this place Yes.
