After finding out I wouldn’t have the truck I reserved but a much smaller one, I panicked. If it wasn’t for Yvonne I wouldn’t have found another truck or trailer to complete my move from California to the East coast. Because of her I got not only a second truck but she also got me a $1000 discount. Even right now she is asking for even further discounts because of the added price of gasoline to drive across country and the lack of the proper size truck that I reserved.”

“There was this very nice young lady working at this store. I didn’t get her name, because I was so tired from my walk there , yesterday. But this young lady, even though she was very busy she went out of her way to help me out with my printing. I was able to get my things done and she even offered me some water and told me to have a seat. So I could cool off. I really appreciated her kindness and am so sorry that I didn’t get her name!
