The Shell station has the worst employee I think I've ever ran across she says derogatory comments when people walk out the door behind their back. She all but tore my head off saying I was taking pictures of the gas pumps when me and my wife had just been parked there waiting for a family member so I just went over next door to finish waiting for the family member that was at the Denny's in Lakeside. But as always I don't take one moment in time to judge a book even though I've seen that out of this girl she got blonde hair cut real butch like, very abrasive when she talks to people. Tonight before 8:00 p.m.my wife stopped by to cash in a ten dollar lottery ticket she flat out told my wife she was done cashing lottery tickets for the day. Personally, cuz I'm not going to be accused of something I never did so play the video game on my phone allows her to think I'm doing corporate espionage by taking pictures of the gas facility. I was born and raised in Lakeside on the 3rd generation so it just blows me away how shell can employ somebody at Ashley does not deserve to be in a position where she must deal with the public. I know this I'm never going to stop at Shell again for gas, for food, for lottery tickets, for anything. Cuz if that's the way they believe people should be treated by their employees than I'd rather go elsewhere cuz there's plenty of other places to get gas food lottery tickets. Shell if someone up in charge is reading this why don't you send someone in an undercover and just take a look at what this lady does I'm pretty sure that you'll find it very very wrong.

Great gas station. Wide parking lot big enough for small trailers. Great selection in the convenience store.

Save yourself a worthless stop . Rude cashier lady . A absolute disgrace. She’s the opposite definition of good customer service. Not ok at all . Man she changed my mood. Careless. purchase was made on 2/13/2023 . at 8:50 pm even the other cashier felt her rudeness and tried to help .

Do you want to get paid to treat customers like trash? A place that u can play on ur phone while pretending to work. Ignore customers and just hum to yourself when they speak to u then make the customer repeat the info already shared with u and still get paid... this is the Shell Station for you.Tonight i was absolutely disgusted and all it took was 1 person to be so outright flippin rude. Customer service is alot for some i get it. But if u arent able to leave ur problems at the door and not take ur issues out on a patron. YOU DONT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. What an absolute disgrace.

Aggressive workers with horrible customer service workers are cusing at customers. Threatening customers out the door, the customer was defending another customer from a rude/ aggressive clerk, an American big guy with tattoos, seriously reevaluated your hiring. Someone aggressive should not work in customer service. Check your cameras 4/29 10pmish

7/4/23- Rude cashier snapped at me No Cash only card right when I walked in the door. This is the second time getting really rude customer service at this shell. There is away to treat people and honey that ain't it. If you hate your job then find another! Also training needs to be done to educate cashier's on how to take the VIP card from Ralph's. Squiggies we're all worn and gross not usable.Thanks for reading this post we will never return to this Shell!!!.

Gas is expensive but they are open 24 hours and right next to the freeway. Plus the guys who work here are pretty nice.

Starting my morning errands and of course needing gas. Went to pay inside, gave 100 and asked for 70 on the pump. Unfortunately I was inconvenienced with having to leave because they didn't have change to open up with. I don't know if that's common here to open a gas station with at least 50 dollars of change but hopefully that changes.

Gas prices are higher than elsewhere but it's right off the freeway and it's Shell. I went through the car wash. Decent price and good wash for an unattended drive thru. Stay in your car the whole time and drive away. Can't get easier.

Impressively well priced gas for a Shell station! The car wash is really good too! $11 bucks is worth it for the top tier wash!

The women working rn did not give me my discount on gas and car was!!! And this is the only reason I come to the place!!!!!! I just lost a $15 plus discount. And then she want to come out side to tell when when it's way to late wtf I'm never coming here again!!!!!
