Sam is an absolute Tax Magician! He always takes the shakey pile of disorganized papers that I plop on his desk without judgement and gracefully cuts through the unnecessary mess with a calm, wise disposition and the speed and skill of a real pro. He's got a customer for life in me. I always walk out of there in less time than I thought with better news than I expected. He's truly a genius.

Please do not go there to waste your time. They don't have any knowledge.
Here is the story:
I have never experienced such behaviors. I called the office to see what documents required. The lady on the phone tells me something else that is not answered to my question. I repeated again because we don't want to go through the hassle of missing documents. The lady says, "You are not eligible to apply for xxx tax." Are you sure? Then she said, "I am not sure. I don't know. I am just making appointments." I asked her if I could speak with the tax expert. She said "No because I am home."
She was yelling the entire conversation. I told her please be nice to the customers.
Edward named tax expert turned out her husband and said, "You need to say sorry to my wife ??? so I can file your tax."
There are so many tax services. My advice for both of you is to go take some communication classes. This USA, not Iraq

I was struggling every time with Edward , this Bureau has no commitment to the scheduled people ; they don’t respect other’s time. I will not bother it visit this office any more and don’t recommend their poor services any more .

front desk ladies are super rude. They want to charge $500 just to make an appt. What kind of joke place is this.

Lina, a horrible front desk representative was super rude and unwelcoming. She asked me questions to figure out why Andre was the point of reference from my colleague at work. Humiliation and embarrassment are the two terms I can describe this whole experience. I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere but couldn’t leave it without 0 stars. Horrible service.
