Absolutely the most wonderful customer service I have ever received!! The selections were so beautiful, diverse, and stylish! The prices offered were from a wide range of budget friendly dresses to extremely high-end runway fashion dress! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Saras, and I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a stylish and enjoyable shopping experience!!

I recently bought my dress from Janet and I can honestly say she is amazing! She knows what she is talking about! She helped me through the whole process of creating my custom dream dress and I couldn't be happier. I trusted her and she delievered. It was everything I dreamed about and more. The ladies were Really nice and they made you feel welcome . We got here less then 5 minutes to close and they still let use come in and showed use dresses and told use what they can do. Yes I recommend them to check out. My Niece was Dress shopping

Janet was amazing!!! She helped me with two different dresses this past month. She was professional and delivered amazing work. She knows her dresses and will do everything in her power to get you what you want. Alterations were made to both dresses since I am short ( bring your shoes) and they looked great. All the ladies were super nice and helpful. I am glad I found this place ...now I know where I can get beautiful dresses and great quality.

The worst experience ever. They disrespect there costumers . I went looking for a wedding dress and she told me why I am so fat for a bride. Was very disrespectful and rude. Would not recommend going. They obviously only have respect for skinny brides.

Janet is so amazing!! She truly know what she is doing and every single time we visit her we walk out with a dress. Her measurements are spot on. We walked in on a Monday and the dress was ordered, shipped, and altered by Thursday. Come here if you need prom, homecoming, pageant, wedding, bridesmaids, or flower girl dresses. She also has alterations in house. The blue dress was only $140!! Go to a high end boutique and that dress would be $500-700! The quality was perfect and needed hardly any alteration. Amazing, amazing, amazing!!

I'm extremely disappointed! Drove 2 hours because it says that they open from 11-7. It's currently 12:08 and I've been waiting for the last last hour and I've called over so many times one is even answering the phone. The inventory I say on their Facebook is nothing the inventory I saw in their windows.

I had a party on Saturday in El Cajon I ordered adress from red Rose boutique there I was suppose to pick it up before 7 by the time I finished from my hair and makeup was 6:15 I go to the shop I see there close I keep calling them no answer and my party is starting at 8 I have no dress I start panicking and crying driving on Main Street I see Sara fashion lights open I knocked on there door a worker opened the door I told her the situation she called Janet the owner she came from her house and helped me she found a beautiful dress for me even better than the other shop and cheeper she tailored it on me it fits perfect I am so thankful that I found that great shop and service I highly recommend this place

I ordered a special dress for my sons wedding over the internet and it was two feet too long. Nobody would alter it after looking for about a week, because all the beautiful embellishments was at the bottom of the dress. I gave up looking for a seamstress, and on my way home I passed Sara's Fashion. I went in to look for another dress. I found one that I liked that was similar so I proceeded to try it on. I told her that I liked it because it was like the one I had but it was too long. She asked, well why buy another dress? Just fix that one, she says. I told her I had tried for days. She had me put her dress back and go get mine. She was able to fix my dress in about 3 days!!! Yes this store does have beautiful dresses, but most of all they are honest (because she could have just sold me one of her dresses), caring and FAST (she worked on my dress and said I needed to look nice for my sons wedding. She delayed her vacation to complete my dress)!

I have driven by Sara's so many times and always wanted to stop in to look at the gowns. I recently was invited to a black-tie wedding so had the perfect opportunity to stop in. The owner was so nice and so helpful, and I found a style I really loved. She even suggested I try a dress I was on the fence on, and guess what-the suggestion turned out to be the most amazing dress. It looks so beautiful on, fits like a dream and the quality is simply amazing. I was sold right away. She even altered the length for me and provided shoes to try with the dress as I didn't bring mine. The dress was altered and ready for pick up within 3 days (over the weekend, even) and again the quality of the alteration was perfect. I would highly recommend Sara's to anyone looking for a beautiful gown for special events. She has a ton of styles and knows what works-trust her opinion, you will not be disappointed! I will update with a picture...can't wait to show off this beautiful dress.

The woman was so rude on the phone and in person. My first mistake was even attempting to look at this store after the way she acted over the phone. When asked if they high heels, her response was "uhhh yeah" with an attitude. I went to the store moments later and asked to see the shoes at which time I was informed she only has shoes to try on with the dresses she sells but does not sell shoes. Then she gave me a look as if I am stupid. And then to top it off when i asked if she knew of any places that sell heels in the nearby area......she said "most American women buy their shoes online from Amazon" Wow Lady!!!! You have totally offended me and every other person that chooses to live in the land of the free. Perhaps you should reconsider where you choose to have a customer-service oriented business.
