[EDIT 8/3/23]I am actually not sure how to handle the review now that I was 'confronted' about my 1 star by manager? Owner? (I think may have been the person with who it started , can't change it to '0')BUT I WILL ADMIT THAT TOTALLY DOWNGRADING AN ENTIRE COMPANY ON A SINGLE PERSONs FAILURES is not fairOne would have thought they would apologize - nope (a non-party to the issue employee kind of did , which is why I actually returned and even recomended them to others)Today they litterally doubled down instead of "sorry we goofed" to the point were the other guy who was there was really struggling with the conversationSO HERE WE GO4* for the convinience for me (as this is ne specific)5* for materials and pricing,5* for general serviceHOWEVER A BIG FAT '0' for the person that confronted be today (actually a -5)So what does that leave me with ... clearly not 5, struggling with 4 so for now we'll make it a 3Interestingly at any time they could have called me, could have responded to my review .... nope[SO HERE IS THE ORIGINAL late January which considering today I not removing ]How to go from a ten to a zero in 30 secondsAnd Is mostly the attitude and reply of a single employee.So I needed more soil, I check Google - Saturday hours : open till 3 , I set up my schedule accordinglyI get there at 2:01 (another customer arrived 3 min later) .... a car is sitting at the gate, but not moving even when the path was clear ... didn't realize it was workers till after way over a minute one approaches me with an 'omg why do I have to do this attitude' to tell me"We're closed , since NY we close at two, we've been telling everybody all week" ....>really, how often do you think customers come, and" I googled and it said three"And then came the destructive answer" we updated everything, don't know what to tell you, you had all day ".OK, I leave, frustrated having towed a big trailer I pull over to recheck ... this time going to THEIR website "Sat 8am-3Pm", so I call to leave a message answering machine lists hours "Saturday till 3 PM' - nether is updated , how are people supposed to know.No apology for 'inconvenience'A blatant lieAnd blaming a customer for trusting your provided information regarding hours.Really folks .... that's not the way to do businessThey kid , could just have said ... "sorry, we're closed, we changed our hours ... and Sorry for the mix up" .... I'd likely have blamed Google for not updating fast enough ... but you try to make stupid claims, you get my attitude up..[Edit - they just changed their listed hours this morning-Sunday..... sorry guys, I have the snapshots and phone message audio .... no dice

Helpful and friendly staff. They had exactly what I wanted at a fair price and delivery went smooth. The driver was professional and made sure he understood where I wanted my material and he explained how he was going to do that.

I used SDRS to complete all the landscaping around my house. They're prices are competitive and response time is spot on. I even ordered a load for same day delivery and they got it done. I will continue using them for future projects.
