Horrible!!! Please beware. We have had so many issues, not receiving an invoice then reviving it months later and told we have to pay. Not clear communication abandoned when we tried to ask questions we were treated with rude responses and hung up on.

Best propane service company! They make sure you never run out. They check the tank and fill when needed. They don’t price gouge and always bill market rate. Excellent and friendly service!!!

Great service and reliable team. I'm so happy I switched from that unresponsive propane company who were recently bought by the Canadian group. The stress from wondering when or if the delivery would happen is completely gone.

Wish I could give 10 stars.These people are simply incredible professionals. Our longtime vendor Ferrell Gas failed to refill our tank and was told they would no longer service our account. They left us with an empty tank and refusing to fill it. I was furious as our perfect payment history made no difference to them.I called San Diego Propane and they installed a tank the next day! The tank fit perfectly in the cage and is exactly the size we need.Our residents were thrilled to get gas again and we were so grateful for the excellent customer service provided by SD Propane. But this was just the begining.While lighting pilot lights Dave discovered several hazards. He called me the next day and explained in detail that our water heater wasn't properly vented, our apt units lacked monoxide alarms and the ranges had open gas pilot lights which burned 24/7. All this from our propane guy! He didn't have to take the time to make the call and explain but he did and I am forever grateful. These are serious safety hazardous that have now been corrected. I had no clue had it not been for Dave at San Diego Propane.Buying local really does make a difference. Why settle for calling an 800 number when you can get fast, responsive service from truly caring professionals at San Diego Propane. Stop looking and call these guys now. Highly Recommend A+++

When I purchased a home I hired SDpropane to replace the old service. I called several companies but I was impressed with this company's customer care. They actually did care. Very personable service. I know that if I need something, they will certainly come to help. Really great people.

We are a small business and have been filling our forklift bottles for many years at the gas station - I called SD Propane and they sent a driver over to fill our tanks within 24 hours and now we are on a regular schedule...Super friendly and helpful.
