They are in this to make your child's day the best they can. I've never seen a company in a long time that made you feel like family. They are an amazing, awesome company that will help you with whatever they can to make your day the best ever. There is no middle person. The people you speak with are the owners. If you need anything for graduation, you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED by THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Needed a tassel ASAP for an upcoming graduation bc I misplaced mine. They werent able to pick up the phone but texted immediately. Very quick responses and was able to pick up tassel within an hour.

Had to call, and call and call again to get the status of my order. My son graduated and 8 months later I still do not have our complete order. Sad to have to pester a company to get what we paid for.

My son and I went to a different store first, they wanted to nickel and dime us. Graduate Supply were flat rate tax included and the best embroidery with patches, way higher quality and low price.And my son even noticed the local shop vibe. Loved the experience. Great work guys!

Racist! As a parent at castle park high school calling to check on cap and gowns for our kids, their prejudiced employees yell we don't speak Spanish and hang up on us. When we call back, no apologies, just excuses why it's acceptable. This is the kind of thing that keeps east county s reputation as racist against our own communities. It's unfortunate that school systems don't fire these people. As of now, May 23 rd we still are getting no word where our kids stuff is. Disgusting!!!!!!!!

Placed an order for graduation items for my son couple of months ago and he did not recieved what i had ordered. Contact them for a refund and the reponse was “in 2 weeks” thanks for ruining his special day. Its BS!!!!!!

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Do not use this company! Along with the others, this place is absolutely awful. We ordered graduation announcements a few months ago and we are now two weeks away from graduation. We still have not received our order and no one answers the phone when I call. My wife was able to get someone on the phone a couple of weeks ago and was told they would be mailed out when they got in. So this place doesn't even print their own products! So it seems all these crooks do is take your money and provide zero service. I'm sure our family and friends will be "happy" to get my sons announcement after he graduates. Or at best, just a few days before. I would rather make my own announcements before using this company again!

It was disheartening our 2020 graduates were not allowed ceremonies, but to then have a company rip off our family and friends by not even sending our congrats announcements we ordered in plenty of time. Not acceptable and filed a complaint with the BBB as this company took our money and a part of our family’s celebration for those unable to be with us!

Do not buy from this place! Never received announcement cards . I requested a refund and I haven't gotten that either. It has been over 30 days and nothing.
