The workers are a hit or miss at the Jamacha location. They are either extremely helpful or not at all (based on the employee). But I've been happy with my purchases (shampoo and a waxing kit).

My wife went there asked for a sensitive scalp conditioner and the two people knew nothing about such a thing. Neither of them were licensed and had little knowledge about products. My wife is licensed and knows what she is talking about. Would have given 0 but not a choice.

I rushed to make it here before they close (8pm) was there with 3 minutes to spare and the red head locks the door on me! I showed her the time on my phone and she just shook her head. Now I see why this location has so many bad reviews. Why post the business hours in the window if you're not going to adhere to them???

I have to agree with a few of the reviews that say customer service is terrible here the manager is absolutely terrible she’s got the worst attitude no smile she looks like she hates her job she’s trying to take it out on other people she was very obnoxious I asked for a corporate number when I was in the store they gave me the managers cell number she yelled and screamed and hang up on me without even asking me what am I calling for then when I went in the store she looked so angry no smile no apology no nothing after speaking to the corporate store they took care of the problem for me of the exchange which they don’t want to do I had a defective item and they gave me a hard time terrible service terrible store never go there again.

I have been going here for years to buy basic cosmetic supplies. Today I went in to buy a comb. Wow, the store has changed, definitely not the former establishment I’m familiar with. Must have been bought out, because it’s a total different store. Oh, and by the way no basic comb, and the shelves are bare on many products. I will never shop here again. Sad!!

Today i went there at 6:30 pm 08/3/2021 and the lady there is definitely the worst customer service ever existed on the planet, the rudest person ever i only asked her once for help to tell me where is the thing i need and she started yelling and said I don’t have time for you , you find it yourself while she was busy laughing on the phone and never got the help , this place is becoming worse and worse if they keep her .I hope the Manegment read this .

Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I had several different problems in one visit. The cashier put my phone number in wrong the first time and was getting frustrated with me when I was trying to correct it. She also told me that if I spent 10 more dollars I would get $10 off of $40 so I spent another couple minutes trying to find something to bring up the total. When I went back to the register she said my total was over $40 without the $10 dollars off and when I questioned it she said, with attitude, that the discount was only for hair care products, which she could have told me the first time. Then she made a mistake on the transaction and started a return without notifying me while asking for my information and card again, and did not tell me what was going on until I questioned her.

Ok, the shelves are bare, I was lucky enough to get the last item I was looking for. They were speaking a foreign language the whole time, I felt uncomfortable.. I don't think that's very nice.. English is the first language in America, & last time I checked, that's where we are. You know, u can't live in France unless u speak a good amount of their language! And if u don't, they will demand u go to french classes for 7 months! And they make sure u do! I think America should do the same! They seemed prejudice, but being caucasian .. I don't think I'm allowed to call anyone prejudice, but We aren't allowed to say we have been a victim of hate. I don't understand that. There's a huge elephant in the room & no one can say a word about it! Anyway, yea, looks like the place is going to close too.

I went to this location of Sally's today. I vow I will never return to this particular Sally's. The two young ladies that were in there were clueless. one was obviously being trained so I couldn't fault her but she just stood there rigid like a statue not knowing what to do. When I told the first girl my name she stood there and kept repeating my name and staring at the maybe half a dozen bags that were sitting on the shelf behind her I could see the bag with my name on it and she kept saying I don't know where it is. The other girl came over and found it which was not difficult as it was right in the front with my name in huge letters. When I asked if they carried any root dye kits that would cover your root growth in between colorings, She looked very perplexed and could not figure out what I was talking about. she kept trying to give me something that was like eyeshadow the powdery stuff that washes right out of your hair. I have purchased small batches of color that are made especially for just doing your roots between colorings at Target, so that is what I will do. It was just odd that someone who works in a beauty supply store wouldn't have any idea of what I was talking about.

We bought one to many bottles yesterday brought this one back and they said Due to COVID-19 we can't take it back I am so tired of these Covid BS excuses to make an extra buck. They said maybe next year! Next year what? You'll have a better disinfectants to wipe off a new bottle? One one wonders why people are shopping more and more thru AMAZON. No excuses no questions ask. They even pay for shipping.

I had my eyebrow tattoo done with Soyoung unni back in July and September. I absolutely love it! It's crazy as how months go by, I love it even more and it looks so natural. At least once a week when I'm at work, I get complimented on my eyebrows and I don't even wear make up to work. I used to look tired when I didn't wear make up but now I get go to work confidently and somehow it feels like my face is refreshed because of the eyebrow tattoo. I will definitely go to Soyoung unni again for the tattoo. Thank you unni!

Customer service is zero in this place, I went there to return hair brush that I purchased 2 days a go from another location, they refused to return it (bcoz of a new policy!!) and said I have to call customer service and solve the problem with them , after I left the store I called the other location that I bought the brush from and explained to them the deal they said there no such thing that they cannot return hair brushes or any other items, i.e. they can return anything as long as the receipt is available. The hair brush was returned the same day/same hour.

Horrible. Need more professional experienced employees.. can't explain something and use the word thing to costumers that don't know much about cosmetology. She needs to learn her product names. She said "you don't need the developer for this dye. You need the other thing." I said ok ..? Whats that "thing" your talking about ?" She HAD to walk me over to show me what she was talking about...it was called an activating lotion.. smh. ?♀️
