While driving on 52 heading home last week I heard a loud pop above my drivers head. When I got home, inspecting the roof glass the front driver corner was severally cracked. I immediately when to the Safelite business that replaced my front windshield. They removed my front car rack to do so. The guy behind the desk tried to state that it was a poor Tesla design. Even though I have never had a problem with the roof racks nor the roof glass, I went to the Tesla Service dept in Kearney Mesa. They inspected my damaged roof glass and stated that the Safelite folks did not install the front roof rack properly after replacing my windshield. The Tesla tech also stated the both sides of the roof rack were not installed properly.
I went back to the Greenfield Safelite and talked to the manager behind the desk. His response what that they had no liability with my roof racks nor the improper installation. I stated that his crew took it off and put it on during the original windshield replacement. He once again stated that they had no liability and would not discuss any consideration of warranty due to poor workmanship.
So now, we are stuck with a $1,733.50, for the top roof glass, estimated repair bill due to their poor workmanship. Let alone taking the responsibility of standing behind their work.
I am highly unsatisfied with the lack of support from the Greenfield Safelite representatives. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.
I should of paid attention to the low scores to begin with. Lesson learned. Please do not make a mistake like I did.

These guys were great. It isn’t the most beautiful Safelite location, but the staff is wonderful -very friendly very efficient.
Elijah did the work on mine and even left a nice note and some towels and cleaner. Highly recommend ?

Thank You Gus!! You and your team went above and beyond on my windshield replacement. I brought it in on a busy saturday , and the team was really short staffed that day , however the guys worked overtime to ensure my windshield was completed the same day. There was even a piece of chrome trim missing from my last windshield install that blew off on the highway, and they replaced this item for me , without me even mentioning it.

Took my BMW i3 to get the windshield replaced. They did a great job as far as that goes. After picking it up, on the drive home I noticed a whistle coming from the passenger door. I called them and they said to bring it back and they will reset the gasket/window seal which had to be removed during the windshield replacement process. They are not a convenient location for me so I dropped it off the night before. I told them to take their time the next day and test drive it on the highway to make sure the noise was gone. They assured me they would. I assure you they didn't. Noise was still there when I drove home that night. Guess I'll have to take the car to a body shop to have it done right. Ridiculously inconvenient and now more expensive. The folks there are super kind and that is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.

The team member that help me out was outstanding doing his job. very warm, friendly and very knowledgeable of the industry.. He was a book of information regarding the system... As promise my car was done on a significant amount of time and, technically i was getting text massages of the play by play ( in, working on it, done.) of my car. that was outstanding job... Keep it up guys and thanks for the great service...

I took my car to this location for a rock chip was covered by my insurance. I met with Ronald and he explained to to me the process I was there for about 15 minutes and he did amazing job very quick and professional, I definitely recommend this location and go ask for Ronald.

I'm not sure who to blame, Farmers Insurance or Safelite! I scheduled a drop off before 9:30 and they would call me when finished. I didn't get a call until 4:27. I called them at 3:01 and was told they were in the process of replacing my windshield. Never once was I told it would take all day, on Memorial Weekend. I would NEVER do another drop off, ever! Better communication is needed before you schedule a drop off. This was ridiculous.

First of all, I scheduled an appointment for 11:30. I received five text messages confirming this time and reminding me to arrive on time. When I get there, the receptionist was friendly enough, she told me I could wait in my car and when the tech was ready, he would come out and talk to me. About 20 minutes later she comes out and lets me know that the tech is not even on site. He is still out on a recalibration job and she's not sure when he'll be back. When I asked her to give me an approximate time - are we talking 30 minutes one hour or two hours? She didn't have any answers for me. Then another guy comes out and looks at my windshield and says that he can do it. Thank you Alex. Well, about two minutes later the tech who was scheduled to do my car pulls up next to me, rolls down his window and hollers across the parking lot. What's going on. When Alex reminded him that I was his 11:30 appointment he proceeds to tell me that I'm late. I reminded him that I had been there since 11:30 which was my appointment time and that he wasn't there, and the 5 text messages that I received from them confirming this time. The only reason I'm giving this business 2 stars is because of how nice and friendly Alex was, and he did a great job on my repair. Also don't go there and plan to wait around because they don't have a waiting area that is decent. As you can see in my picture I'm sitting in a parking lot under a tree with chairs that look like they're from the dumpster. I have to admit they did have an indoor "waiting area" but it was very small and very dingy and right on top of the receptionist. Alex, thank you for being the highlight of this business. I recommend you go find a job elsewhere at a place that deserves your high quality customer service.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR WINDSHIELD! Had a service rep come to replace a small chip that was smaller than my pinky nail in the windshield, only for him to crack it 7 inches. Been waiting 2 weeks for my replacement windshield appointment. Only for them to have “mistakenly” have it as a repair appointment and not have my replacement windshield.
