So mad! Bathrooms are out of order! We just got here and no bathroom available. Other people were asking to use BR also! It should be fixed ASAP for customers. unless they are lying and just don't want people to have access to BR?

A little messy and lack of variety in children's clothing and shoe sizes. But overall it's not bad.

Busy, w/only 2 cashiers working. Due to this I didn't purchase anything.
The racks were pushed together, cluttered & sizes not in correct spot. I do enjoy going shopping around for cute fashion, shoes & purses @ a reasonable price.

This Ross is usually busy so they have a lot of cloths cheap and the inventory turns are great, so they have different cloths all the time

Damn after reading the reviews for this Ross I knew I was going to walk into something unprofessional but I had no idea what it was that I was really getting myself into. The fact that this store is still open & running is nothing short of a miracle. From the employees to the loss prevention I've never seen a such a sad group of individuals. Each of them look like they hated the fact that they were there & have been counting the minutes till they were off from the moment they clocked in. This place has everything a failing business had going for it. The depression is real over at this Ross location. I've been to 75% of the Ross' in San Diego & even some outside of the city & I swear to you all this ross is the worst Ross location I've ever visited.
