I just when to this ross to return a shirt that I just buy 2 days ago,it was intact we the tag of kelving cklein,the two cacheirs where refused to help me and till I asked for a manager there where rude and polite they need more training to take care coustermers,is unacceptable how they where refused to help me how sad and bad experience, on this ross but Burlington treat customer we more respect discretion..coustermers service sorry but it was embarrassing to see all coustermers looking how they handled this situation it wasn't a good spirenxe is not acceptable

I hate the feeling that I am being followed by loss prevention while shopping. I understand that it might be in a higher theft area but at least watch cameras until you have better proof that customer is stealing. Then send around your secret shoppers or have loss prevention follow them.The whole time I was shopping. Which was at least a hour I was gazing through clearance racks and looking for other deals. I wasn't looking for anything specific i was just wasting some time and shopping. The whole time I could feel eyes on me. Many times workers would end up on the same isle pretending to stock shelves or organize product while watching me look through clothes racks.The fun part always is when I take everything I am holding and go to the register and buy it no problem. It is like a haha moment because they thought I was gonna steal it.I don't know exactly the solution to the problem but also not my job to make myself feel comfortable in a store while shopping. But I will definitely not be coming to this Ross anymore because i don't want to be judged based on other peoples actions. I don't want to be watched as I move throughout a store and made to feel like I am guilty of something that I don't do.

I must have forgotten about this Ross, even though I was here almost a year ago, what did I buy here last time, probably nothing because while I was in the area today, I decided to come for a visit again, and it was pretty messy, a lot of stuffs were laying around unorganized and yes either stolen out of the boxes or just damaged beyond recognition. Luckily I found one or two things that was worth buying, and yes at least to make up for all the craziness, they have 5 cashiers at the register. The line went thru smoothly and I was finished by 5 minutes.

I visited the store of Ross of El Cajon and I bought an item which was not fit. Then I want to return it the customer service his name was Ali and he was unhelpful and he only said to go on long line to return it without any eye contact with attitude . I saw before few seconds that there was a woman standing on the return line and she returned many things. While when also stopped on the same line he told to go to the purchase line I also asked the supervisor to help me to return the item she only told to go to the long line for purchases. Both of they were unhelpful and they didn't have the features of customer service Problem-Solving Skills. .. Clear Communication. ... Friendly Attitude. ... Empathy. ... Business Acumen. ... Product/Service Knowledge. ... Product/Service Knowledge. ... Strong Time Management. Eye contact My suggestion for of both them to attend a class how to become good customer service that help to give them. good communication with people.

Ross is Ross good place to save, but the lines are always ridiculous, and I wish they would update their systems, making store credit cards more trackable , I recently had a store credit on the PAPER card they give and lost it with no way to track it ? .Also customer service could be worked on a little too don't call the next person to the check out until you fully check out the previous guest!
