My first visit with RAS today. Ron was very professional when I made the appt and throughout the process. Very fast work. Maybe a little pricey based on the average cost for parts and labor I researched online. But I'm pleased with the job.

I recently visited Rancho Auto Service for an oil change, brake fluid replacement, and spark plug change, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I’m always hesitant to try new mechanics, as the next person, but a good friend recommended him, so I went with it. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and answered all my questions thoroughly.
The quality of their work is top-notch. My car feels like it's running smoother than ever, and I have peace of mind knowing that everything was done correctly. The pricing was very reasonable, and there were no hidden fees or surprises.
I highly recommend Rancho Auto Service to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. They have definitely earned my repeat business! Thank you, Seraj!

Took my car here after I got a code for my EVAP system. They did the diagnostic for a fair price, didn’t take super long to do it and didn’t try and gouge me to have a look. That’s basically good auto service in a nut shell.
But also…the staff here is super helpful. Friendly and extremely professional. Can’t complain so much that I’ll be bringing my car back here on Tuesday to fix a couple other issues I been having.

My second time here, even better experience than the first. They serviced the transmission in my F-150, in and out quickly. Zero issues. When I asked about having axle bearings replaced, they recommended a shop instead of trying to attempt the repair themselves. Will absolutely go here again.

I would not recommend this business at all. We took our van here mainly out of necessity because it was the closest shop to us and we needed to address an urgent issue. We are so sad that we did! They charged us $750 for a fix that should have been in the $300 range. They charged us double for transmission fluid, and went way above a fair rate for every service they provided. They also charged us for the diagnostic fee on top of our fixes, and when I asked for them to have that fee absorbed into the cost of our fixes, they refused. If you are looking for an honest shop, I would recommend R & L Performance Auto Services in Chula Vista. I would not recommend anyone to bring their car here.

This place is a bunch of shady people they'll charge you for a conversation I took my truck to get smog with an appointment I walked in on time the place was as quiet as the jungle Ron took my keys and started the process Came back and handed me the paperwork advising me that my truck failed the test on one item air injection secondary air is not ready I was puzzled and then he handed me the invoice for $49.00 for nothing I paid and went home Then Monday morning as I got into my truck for work I realized that the radio preset stations were gone I figured it out why it didn't pass When the battery is disconnected it losses all history of the vehicle What a cheap shady way to get you to come back again and spend more money I took my truck elsewhere it passed with flying colors I do not recommend this facility and if you do BE AWARE I got my money back when I pointed out what the tech did he was happy to give me my money back Those people think others are stupid Stay away

I was referred by a friend, and I just can't say enough good about this place. Honest, reliable fast, just excellent. I know It's hard to find in the industry. Sometimes, Auto places get a bad name from others, but not this place. They are awesome. Check out Ron and the group you couldn't do better. Tony Z 2019 Mercedes

Avoid these fraudsters at all costs. I was quoted $700 to replace my intake manifold, which was inline with what my regular repair guy had previously quoted me so I decided to give them a go. I then received a call informing me it was "much worse than they expected" once they took it out and suddenly it was going to be a $2500 repair. I decided to just accept this news as they claimed there was nothing they could undue at this point. They returned the car to me with the check engine light still on a new stutter, which they assured me would go away once I put enough miles on it to reset the service lights. I brought it back when that did not occur and they acted puzzled but quoted me another $700 fix. So at this point I took it to another shop for a second opinion where they immediately spotted a hose that had been left unplugged. They reconnected it for me free of charge and all of the new issues disappeared.

AAA recommended! Everyone I've encountered is very and I feel very comfortable about taking my car here. I've took my Lexus here a few times and my car runs better than when I brought it in. I'm very happy!

I had issues with my car stalling and decided to take it here. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that they presented options and did not try to push me to spend an exuberant amount of money. I strongly recommend this place. The professionalism and customer service is outstanding.

Fast and quality service. Quick smogs. Price for brakes was unusually high because they don't turn rotors only replace, making the brake job unacceptable/
