Horrible Service, I come here all the time and was literally here 3 days ago and the same lady saw me when checking me out and when I came to return my outfit because it didn’t fit she refused. I still had the tags but no receipt and she refused to give even store credit, at this point it’s no wonder why people prefer online stores. Needless to say I will not be back even after years of coming here.

During my time shopping at this establishment my girlfriend went into the changing room and I was shocked that I could see her changing from the reflection off the tile .so basically anyone could walk by and see a woman changing I think this is very unacceptable !

I bought some shoes and as soon as I wore them they broke and I wanted to return them and they told me no. I get better ones for $15 dollars than ones for $30. They didn't even last a day. That's what happens to me when I buy in places based on good and terrible service that they give. I hope this bad time doesn't happen to them like my shoe broke at a wedding. and I was ridiculous, never buy shoes in this place

Horrible service. Has no return policy and you’re unable to use the fitting room. The owner is super unprofessional I was there last night and she was scolding one of the employees I front of the customers. I came by this morning and intended to buy some tops for an upcoming trip, wanted to try them on and I couldn’t use the fitting room last night or this morning cause the fitting room is kept closed. They open the store at 11 am and you can use the fitting rooms until 12 pm and they close at 8 pm and by 6:45 pm the fitting rooms are closed. It feels like they don’t want to sell. Keep away and spend your money where they have better return policy.

The managers at this location are awful people. I came in to do a return and they started to make a scene. They yelled at me then about me to each other. They claim I wore the item I was returning and said that I washed it then proceed to smell my item and made faces and rude comments to my face. They said it smelled, but I never wore it, the tag was still on and I had my receipt. I just wanted to exchange it for store credit, not to be harassed and after reading these other comments I believe I was harassed by the same managers. I don’t understand how they still have a store. I would think someone would have sued them by now. I hope they see these comments, because this isn’t how you treat people or run a business. They also didn’t refund my the original amount because they didn’t know how.

Extremely racist , followed my 16 year old African American daughter around the store , while recording her talking in there language about her .. I been shopping here for years and never have experience anything like this and .. I will never shop here again !!!!

Bad customer service, I really liked this place but the experience I had just left me feeling bad. Please when you purchase here make SURE you check the clothes, I bought something here that I had not realized was damaged. I went to return it and they basically told me that it's not posible it was damaged when I bought it because they "check" everything. Sure, and I'm just a liar. I probably wouldn't have been mad if it wasn't for the way they handled the situation. Anyways just make sure you CHECK. Not all Qs are like this, I must add.

So this store isn’t allowing you to use the fitting room and they’re also not giving money back for returns. Only store credit which is ridiculous! You just lost a customer…stop being lazy & open up your fitting rooms like other stores are!

Worst customer service, I bought a dress last week and i asked two employees if I can return the dress since their fitting rooms are closed and they said yes they didn’t said I only can exchange the dress or get a store credit, so the manager came and I explained everything to her and all she said that I can’t do a return and she was like stop repeating yourself, well I’ll never be back to their store.
