Yvonne fought hard for me to get a discount after Uhaul failed to provide me with the truck I reserved 6 months before I moved. After finding out I wouldn’t have the truck I reserved but a much smaller one, I panicked. If it wasn’t for Yvonne I wouldn’t have found another truck or trailer to complete my move from California to the East coast. Because of her I got not only a second truck but she also got me a $1000 discount. Even right now she is asking for even further discounts because of the added price of gasoline to drive across country and the lack of the proper size truck that I reserved.

My husband and I came right before 5:30 to do passport photos for one of us and fingerprint cards for the other. Yvonne was very nice and super helpful, even though we got there so late and our stuff was time consuming for her to do. We really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and would def come back here again! Thank you so much Yvonne!! ?

I love these ladies! Called them recently to help renew my passport. Jackie walked me through all of the steps, made sure my picture was up to snuff, and double checked all my paperwork for me. My renewed passport arrived within 9 days. So fast! I also recommend their uhaul services - great location, easy transaction, and the BEST customer service!

Yvonne was just absolutely wonderful and made my experience at Postal Annex a great one. Yvonne assisted me with my LiveScan fingerprinting and assured me the process would be completed in a timely and correct manner. She helped correct my original LiveScan that was incorrectly processed at another business. Her kindness, professionalism, and care really made a difference. I will be back for future services.
