Excellent Service! I was visiting from out of state. They had just closed and the owner or manager noticed from her car as she was leaving that I tried to come in. She came back and helped me send a time-sensitive package. Very friendly and helpful. The shop is also very clean and nice with a wide assortment of merchandise. I highly recommend this business.

The customer service at this store is wonderful. Every time I have come in to ship something or have documents notarized everyone has been so helpful and kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly. Also, they have beautiful little gifts in their shop. I have purchased several, and always enjoy looking around to see what new things they have!

This place is a joke. They are charging 6$ for one passport picture. First and last time visiting this place and passport pictures they took was to dark and had to take new pictures somewhere else.

I love doing business here they have the most courteous staff that can help you with any type of shipping need. The owner is very nice and you can tell she's good to her employees because they are also very nice! If you have any type of shipping needs or if you need a last-minute card or gift, they have some of the cutest items in their shop as well as antiques!

This Postal Center Plus store is the absolute Best. I have used this place 3 or 4 times for packages,cards, and a variety of services and would highly recommend this place to everyone. One example Id like to share..I got a package thru Fed Ex with a return label that was completely messed up and return label wrong after waiting for it. Arlene went way out of the way to help me straighten the problem out..She called me right away and told me it was wrong and held the package to pick up.. Other times I go there to make copies of things I need or for a notary signature and their service is quick,very professional and you can always count on them. Also, they have an awesome amount of different cards for sale,nic nacs and items that alot of people would find interesting to give as gifts. Use this place like I do knowing they are the very best at what they do. Extremely satisfied.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Service!!! DO NOT USE THEM TO SHIP ANYTHING IMPORTANT OR OF VAULE!!!! I sent a package and they didn't give me the proper information. Im so unhappy with their customer support and lack of urgency. I will be telling everyone I know NOT do business there. They don't give you all the details and information you need to properly ship your items. They didn't help me at all or offer to pay for their own mistake or give me a refund.
