Needed a gift basket for a client. I walked in and they had a few on display ready to go with various sizes and prices. They have a commercial kitchen on site so it's cool to know your items are made locally. Cool place.

Using Pleasant Surprises for a Corporate Virtual Happy Hour. Tested the products, outstanding. Customer Service, brilliant. Ease to send to multiple locations for similar delivery date, a breeze. My clients are C-Suite Execs. This has to be good. Pleasant Surprises is just that!

I've been ordering gift baskets for my company recently and Amy has been nothing shy of amazing with helping organize and staying within our budget, all while still making the boxes beautiful and branded with our company logo. We're even been able to ship our stuff to the Bay Area to another office very easily, all around great customer service.

Fantastic Experience!! Pleasant Surprises worked with me to coordinate a gift basket for my long distance girlfriend. I shipped several personalized items to them and had several more delivered locally. They were able to pull everything together for me and get it done on probably the busiest day of the year for them even though some of the items were perishable food. Their prices were extremely reasonable and it was obvious they were personally invested in getting it right. My girlfriend even commented that the delivery person was excited to see how she liked the gift. All around great experience and would highly recommend them for occasions large and small.
