I recently moved office and I needed to get some custom furniture due to a new cable system at the office, so I called around a few companies to see who the best fit would be. Time was an issue as we needed everything within 4 weeks. After the calls, Omni Pacific and Tara really stood out. She was very understanding of our needs for a quick turnaround and quickly put together some ideas and quotes. Working with Melissa in design I was able to see the layout of the new furniture and how it would all look. I was also able to change layouts with her and we agreed on what was needed with minimal fuss. Furniture aside, Tara was a great help and even supported me with understanding all the other pieces that go with an office move that I was unaware of. Without her support we would not have been able to pull it all together so quick. I would highly recommend this company for the most important reasons. “Charles, thank you so much for making me feel welcomed, seen and more. It was my first time going to an Office Depot, I needed something laminated. I wasn't aware you had to sign in on a computer for service. Upon arrival none of the managers on duty, took it upon themselves to help me, nor welcome me in. As soon as Charles realized I was there, after about 10-15 minutes, he asked me if I needed help , and then explained to me, that I have to sign in on the computer. And was the one to help me, he's great. And I truly feel like he should be a supervisor or a key player in the training of future employees, thank you once again , Charles.”

“First of all I would like to start with the convenience of using Carroll Business Supply. I can make an order in the morning and the next day it is delivered to the school! They are fast! Second of all, I would like to acknowledge Bob, the delivery driver, he always comes with a smile and is polite despite the 15 stairs he has to climb carrying boxes of copy paper and office supplies:/ He truly enjoys his job and it shows; especially during these difficult times it is refreshing to see someone genuinely happy and enjoy their job!”
