Went to OFW to level my truck and install a sway bar.Noticed a rattle and went to the rear to check it out and noticed the sway bar was never bolted to the frame.Called OFW and they wanted to book me a week out for service and advised I have to pay for parts and labor since it passed their 90 day labor waiver. The parts were initially ordered and went directly to their shop and their justification for not covering the parts is that I ordered it, not them.Unfortunate situation and now I'm anxious to see what else is incomplete or installed incorrectly. Lesson learned for me to check the work of others.I'll order the parts and complete the installation myself. If something this simple is overlooked, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.

Ran in here to grab some radiator fluid real quick, went smooth this time around. I wouldn't get any work done here tho, we had my husband's front end suspension put on here. We had to wait an extra week for them to get a tube bender for the engine cage, and they didn't build it. Tried to give the truck back without it.Another company had to call amd tell them to build it like we paid for, and then the another company, who also did the rear had to reweld all there work. It was horrible. Avoid getting any kind of welding done here, our fist clue should of been they didn't even have all the proper equipment. If you do weld engine cages regularly you should own a tube bender, Just saying...More detailed review on Yelp. I will never have work done here again, or order parts, but to run in and buy off the shelve, it's fine.

First time buying anything off road. David was excellent in explaining what I needed in purchasing new shocks, springs, 33"tires and rims. A good investment. I'm so pleased with my new ride. My 4 runner TRO runs feels like a what a good sturdy vehicle should feel like. If your looking to beef up your vehicle I highly recommend OffRoad Warehouse-El Cajon expert salesmen professional in the work they do.easy to get to location plenty of parking If your disabled as I am your have parking right at the entrance Rube in the Hood

Sam c. I never spoke with a manager as far as I know, I spoke with Oscar about it, a month later I called for something else and I told him I was still really upset about the situation and he just changed the subject. I would be interested in you guys rectifying the situation. I did nothing wrong and I was basicly forced two pay $450 for two new finders that you guys cut and that was after I paid like $700 to have the AEV clearance kit installed by your guys. I would be willing to connect with you Sam to resolve the issue.

Went in to ask about a specific part to support suspension on my car. The clerk did not seem at all interested in helping me but was the only one available. He told me they would have to order the part- at double the cost of the exact one I was asking about and showed him from another website. Then I asked if they could install it for me, he hesitated to answer. Another employee came over, looked at the screen and told me it wasn't a good idea to install that on my car. No explanation offered, just a flat out, won't work. Ok, sell me an alternative or help a girl out with ideas to solve my problem. None offered. My last question was, "If you order the part for me, how much will you charge me to install it?" I knew already this is not the hardest install and shouldn't take a trained technician more than an hour because the person who told me about this is an amateur mechanic and said he would be able to do it in about an hour. Their quote was over $700, not sure if that included the part or not but I imagine if I brought in the part they would not stand by the installation. I'm used to be treated as "just another ignorant woman who knows nothing about cars" but their attitude was beyond insulting. Not helpful, not friendly, and very, very disappointing.

They quoted me over $3,000 for a lift install. 4 wheels parts down the street quoted me less than $2,000 for the same project.

Long story short - ORW El Cajon either doesn't know what their talking about or simply blows off easy jobs, and exhibits condescending attitude toward first-time (and now last-time) customer. Full story - After buying aftermarket wheels and tires for my truck from another company, I brought my truck into these guys and let them know the following: 1. The company I bought the wheels and tires from used balancing beads to balance the tires 2. I had no previous experience with balancing beads so didn't know if they worked well or not 3. The truck wobbled noticeably at speeds upwards of 50mph 4. I wanted the balancing beads removed and wanted to have road force balancing done I then left the truck with them to do the work, but was called to return to the store a short time later where I was told (condescendingly) that the wobble was because I put Load Range E tires on a half-ton truck and that road force balancing wouldn't correct the issue. I took the staff's word for it, since after all they should be experts. Then, after months of thinking I was a dummy for putting the wrong tires on my truck, I decided to take the truck to Discount Tire to have the beads removed and get everything road force balanced. This resolved the wobble/vibrations completely. Needless to say, I won't bring any vehicles to ORW El Cajon for their opinion or assistance anymore.

This place is horrible, please don't take your vehicle here, I've had so many issues after I got my truck lifted here, they don't wanna help fix the problem, just come up with excuses. I've delt with management and regional management with no help from them, they only had excuses too. I keep putting money into it trying to fix the problems, but it doesn't help . They also aren't considerate about my job, because they keep telling me to bring it back like I don't have a one. I've been back in to try to fix problems over 10 times. I wish I had something good to say about this place, but there's nothing good to say, I've had the worst experience with this place, and I'm still not done with them, their still trying to fix my problems, and it's been over a year now.

After the last shop and deal messed up the front end I met with Jason and gave me honest opinion of what was needed to correct the issues. What I got was 1/3 the price I thought I was going to spend. Glad he was not a pushy salesmen up selling 1000's in extras. Thanks Jason.

We took our 2022 Jeep Sport to ORW on a frecking August miserable hot day but the inside of the store was very pleasant. David Loera was the Dude that took care of us. We basically told him that we wanted the Jeep lifted, and that we needed tires and wheels and since we did not know anything of what is new regarding brands of lifts, shocks and everything that was needed to let us know what would be the best choice for us and the budget that we had. David took his time showing us the differences between the 2.5 and 4.0 inch lift price differences and everything required for each kit. He did the same with upgrades of parts required, tires and wheels. David was very patient with wife LOL its basically her car so she had a good amount of questions that the poor guy end up working extra because place closing time was at 3:00 pm on Sat. We made the deal David informed us that they had everything in stock except the wheels to wait for a few days then we could make an appointment to bring the Jeep in and that will take 2 days to be completed. Sure thing the appointment was set and he told us that they will have the car ready the same day. We were impressed with the results we went with the 2.5 in lift with 35 in tires, I wanted the 4 in lift because we are an older couple in total denial but David was right the 2.5 in lift is perfect for us. Next day I was on the store because I had some questions on how I felt the car now compared to stock. David explained all my questions he even took the time to drive the Jeep around the block and highway and he did say to take the Jeep on a dirt road and see what the drive was going to be. Today we tested the Jeep on the dirt road behind Viejas Casino it's a long hill perfect to test the suspension and I'm happy to say that it was a smooth ride except for wife complaining that i was going to kill us because I was driving very fast and that I'm not allowed to drive her Jeep anymore I was LMAO all the way up the hill and once we got home with the entire car covered with dirt I said NOW THAT IS A JEEP! We are very satisfied with the results, David and the rest of the staff were very attentive and would not hesitate returning to ORW to get the other stuff we need to put on the Jeep. Thanks David

Does this place like money? Apparently not. Just went there to see about getting our 1995 dodge van leveled out and a slight lift and when we spoke to the guy at the counter to explain what we’re wanting and told him the make and model of our van he immediately said they couldn’t do it. We convinced him to come outside to take a look at it and he did not sound knowledgeable or even seemed to care at all. This is an exciting thing for us and we expect professionals who care as well as be excited to work with you and offer advice/suggestions especially when you are potentially paying them thousands of dollars. We actually came here a couple months ago to get an estimate and a different guy had the model of our van in the computer wrong for like 30mins as a 2500 when we told him we have a 3500 giving us false hope and turn around time with ordering parts when he eventually decided to confirm it then all a sudden told us something completely different. Funny how it all seemed possible then.Waste of time, careless people working, wouldn’t trust this place with my vehicle, unenthusiastic, unhelpful, and not knowledge.

ORW canceled my order twice. Both times I received an order confirmation. They didn't respond to my email or voicemails for a resolution. They seem to hide behind their no reply emails. ORW made no effort to make it right. I won't be ordering from them again as they are unreliable and have poor customer service.
