Absolute disaster of a "service" business. I would rather sell my vehicle than proceed to get any work perfomed by them after the way I was treated via a simple phone call and in-store visit. Why would you give your money to a business that blatantly disrespects you and makes it know that they care nothing about your project?

Very knowledgeable, Knew what I needed right away, and very cool guys the were on the floor. No pressure as you walk around, made you feel like one of the guys when you asked question. There is a lot of 4 wheel eye candy on the floor.. My Christmas and birthday wish list is officially booked up and locked in for the next 5 years after going through this place..
Great service, and had all the right answer, and the prices were fair.. You can't go wrong here..
I highly recommend this place for all you new 4-wheel toys, add-on assesories, or just service and maintenance of your truck.
I plan to be back for all my 4 wheel truck needs.?

If I could give zero stars, that's what they deserve. Exorbitant prices for labor. We purchased fog lights from them, started the install at home, family emergency, hospital trip. Couldn't finish the job.
It took fifteen minutes to remove the oem lights and brackets, they claimed three hours to reinstall.
$400 to reinstall fog light brackets, six bolts. Even IF they had to remove the front bumper as they claimed, that's an additional four bolts. Didn't get to see the charges until after the work was completed. Customer service is terrible. Smug about the prices they charge. Don't like the charges? "Why didn't you do the work yourself?" To bad, so sad is the type of response you'll likely get.
Stay as far away from them as you can.

Have been to 4 Wheel Parts and ORW. ORW pays more attention to the customer. Had 4 new tires and an alignment in less time than it 4 Wheel Parts to put 2 tires on

Went to OFW to level my truck and install a sway bar.Noticed a rattle and went to the rear to check it out and noticed the sway bar was never bolted to the frame.Called OFW and they wanted to book me a week out for service and advised I have to pay for parts and labor since it passed their 90 day labor waiver. The parts were initially ordered and went directly to their shop and their justification for not covering the parts is that I ordered it, not them.Unfortunate situation and now I'm anxious to see what else is incomplete or installed incorrectly. Lesson learned for me to check the work of others.I'll order the parts and complete the installation myself.If something this simple is overlooked, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.

I stopped by to check out an event sponsored by them and wound up getting some work done. Jason was a great help. He even checked out my suspension (when I asked) and laid out some issues I had. He let me know I had some time before they needed to be corrected. Bottom line, no up selling, no pressure just straight talk! I will definitely be a returning customer!

Called to get an alignment done after installing a 3" lift. Was able to schedule the next day. The work took about a day for turn around.
