I went in to get a high mounted break light. The gentleman behind the counter informed me.He would not be able to help me with putting that in. I'm a senior citizen.I don't know how to put stuff like that in.I've never had a auto part store.Not help you put a light in or something simple like that. That's why I gave them one star. It could have also been the shrug of the shoulders.When I asked the employee if he could help me put the high mounted brake light in. Or the blank stare that I got when I said.Most auto repair shops help with that sort of thing. Not a problem.I will never, ever be taking my business to Napa.Auto repair they're way overpriced anyway

Can’t get them on the phone worth a damn when I need parts, and the one time I shop here, they won’t warranty a battery that’s under 2 years old. Ok whatever I buy a new one, 2 days later, it’s at 11:88 volts, I take it in, they don’t want to be helpful at all. I’ve tested the vehicle for parasitic draw and they just want to say there’s something wrong with it. He asks me how I tested it like I’m too stupid to do it. I’ll continue to shop at oreillys and autozone from now on.

came to return something I purchase from Napa and they said they're not a NAPA and don't except parts from any other NAPA auto parts store so I had to drive back to another NAPA in order to return the part
