Such a great place to shop and the front desk staff is very friendly and so helpful with the inventory. There’s so many knives, flashlights, Pelican cases and other gear to choose from. Inventory is stocked and if something is out, they can order it no problem. I always do my Christmas shopping here and never miss the chance to check out the sale cart. Always such great stuff at Nalpak!

Tried to order a watch case but was informed that it would take 14-days to get the item in stock while their website showed the item could be delivered by June 8. When I followed up with an email, Annette was very rude and condescending. Highly recommend staying away from this company. I also asked to speak with her manager but she failed to pass on my request.

This business is off the chain as a local supplier of modern to tactical inventory! They have these tactical items: Flashlights, Knives, mace, gloves, various size Pelican cases & much, much more!! This place is a candy store for the right type of gear for all needs

Incredible customer service!I contacted Nalpak to see if they had In stock, lid replacements for a discontinued Pelican mug. The young lady on the phone said they did not but would contact Pelican on my behalf. She promptly called me back stating that Pelican would be sending out replacements. With in two hours I had an email stating a UPS label was created, and the package showed up in 24 hours. There are far too many companies out there both small and especially large that could take lessons in customer service from the staff at Nalpak! Thanks

I put an order in on May & received an email saying product is back ordered and won’t ship out for 1 to 2 wks. Today June 14 is now a month. I called no answer so I email got my refund today. Never do business with them again 1st time user & last time. Don’t recommend.
